Diagnóstico impreciso, celular na garantia, porém com marca de uso feito pela capa 360°, foi avaliado que aparelho foi molhado, que a placa estava oxidada, nem mesmo tiveram a coragem de abrir o aparelho ou olhar a entrada USB com um microscópio, se eu pudesse dar 0 estrela eu daria ?

Caso voce levi seu celular la, eles vao colocar coisas a mais no defeito do seu telefone, vao combrar para avaliar uma coisa que todos ja sabem o defeito, valor do concerto 70% o valor do celular, Nao dao um prazo de entrega. meu celular estar la a quase 10 dias, tudo pago ja, mais ontem depois de 2 dias de tentativas de ligacao consegue falar com uma pessoa, que me falou que a peça do aparelho ainda nao chegou kkkkkkk brincadeira né?! Nao sou de falar de minhas experiencias em lugares de oferece servicos particular, mais esse lugar ai foi uma decepcao total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive foi prejuízo levei o celular de um amigo consertaram o defeito reclamado e quando devolveram veio com outro defeito voltei lá 2 vezes e nada de resolver. Fiquei bastante decepcionado. Por isso mudei minha opinião.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei meu aparelho no dia 18?04 com um defeito, o display apagou do nada durante uso, ainda recebia ligações e atendia através do fone Bluetooth. Levei o parelho na garantia, e resolveram que foi oxidaçao e nao vão cubrir.
no dia 19 fui pegar o aparelho, agora nao pega é nada.
pedi a assinatura do responsável técnico da loja no laudo e se negaram.

Meu celular está com falha de carregamento, não tiveram nem a decência de abrir o aparelho ou de limpar a entrada USB, foram logo julgando oxidação pela marca de uso da carcaça do aparelho.... -_-
Respondendo a msg de baixo: Mandei o e-mail, conforme foi solicitado, não tive retorno até o momento....
Horrible, do not recommend!
