★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor centro de treinamento, todo reformado com uma estrutura ótima, os professores são muito atenciosos , ensinam quem está começando, treino direcionado pra quem quer emagrecer tanto quanto pra quem quer ser atleta, ambiente harmônico e todos muito simpáticos, ainda tem uma geladeira com bebidas pra você repor as energias !
Best training center, all renovated with a great structure, teachers are very attentive, teach those who are starting, training directed to those who want to lose weight as much as to those who want to be an athlete, harmonious environment and everyone is very friendly, there is even a refrigerator with drinks for you to replenish your energies!

A moça que me atendeu me tratou com extrema educação do início ao fim, sem contar a excelente qualidade do treino. Recomendo de olhos fechados essa academia. Espero que abra uma em outros estados para eu poder usufruir quando viajar a trabalho.
I had been looking for a fight academy that would meet my expectations for some time and with God's help I found it. The service and professionalism are impeccable! The girl who attended me treated me with extreme politeness from start to finish, not to mention the excellent quality of the training. I recommend this gym with my eyes closed. I hope it opens one in other states so I can enjoy it when I travel for work.

Professores atenciosos e um clima de fraternidade entre os alunos. O acolhimento de todos foi fundamental para eu decidir efetuar minha matrícula. Recomendo fortemente. Mestre Renan Bastos e toda sua equipe estão de parabéns. Os treinos são puxados, mas sempre respeitando os limites de cada um. Aliado a isso, é um ótimo esporte para aliviar o stress e tem contribuído de forte positiva para a melhora da minha saúde mental. Consciência corporal ao executar os movimentos, força e mente. Definitivamente, você tem que vir treinar aqui. Lugar maravilhoso. Super recomendo mesmo. :)
I chose the gym because it was close to my house and decided to take an experimental class. I loved it from the beginning. I felt extremely comfortable from the first moment. Attentive teachers and an atmosphere of brotherhood among students. Everyone's welcome was essential for me to decide to enroll. I strongly recommend. Mestre Renan Bastos and his entire team are to be congratulated. The trainings are tough, but always respecting the limits of each one. Allied to this, it is a great sport to relieve stress and has contributed in a strong positive way to the improvement of my mental health. Body awareness when executing the movements, strength and mind. You definitely have to come train here. Wonderful place. I really recommend it. :)
