★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jivael é bem atencioso e cuidadoso nos procedimentos, consultório aconchegante e muito limpo! O preço para emergências dentárias é justo. Embora eu tenha achado um pouco salgado o valor cobrado para o procedimento que foi feito em mim. Mas nota mil, irei sempre recomendar para meus amigos.
 Dr. Jivael is very attentive and careful in the procedures, cozy and very clean office! The price for dental emergencies is right. Although I found the amount charged for the procedure that was performed on me a little salty. But note a thousand, I will always recommend it to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns meses precisei de atendimento emergencial devido a uma dor de dente e para a minha infelicidade este senhor extraiu um dente são o qual não era o causador da minha dor, tive que onerar mais uma vez em busca de atendimento que sanasse aquela dor, além do desconforto da continuidade do problema somado a uma extração desnecessária. Em suma, sofri um dano estético, material e moral. Não recomendo, antes do procedimento o mesmo estava de posse de uma tomografia realizada no mesmo dia e ainda assim não soube diagnosticar a verdadeira causa daquele sintoma. Péssimo profissional!!
A few months ago I needed emergency care due to a toothache and, to my misfortune, this gentleman extracted a healthy tooth which was not the cause of my pain, I had to pay one more time in search of care that would remedy that pain, in addition from the discomfort of the continuity of the problem added to an unnecessary extraction. In short, I suffered aesthetic, material and moral damage. I do not recommend it, before the procedure, he was in possession of a tomography performed on the same day and yet he was unable to diagnose the true cause of that symptom. Terrible professional!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar perfeito pra quem assim como eu precisa de atendimento diferenciado, por causa da ansiedade/ataque de pânico, fiz cirurgia com sedação e desde a primeira consulta tive o apoio e acolhimento que nunca achei em outros consultórios, acompanhamento presencial e online, não deixaram duvidas sobre o procedimento, me traquilizaram a todo momento, grata por tudo que fizeram por mim!! super recomendo.
The perfect place for those who, like me, need differentiated care, because of the anxiety/panic attack, I had surgery with sedation and since the first appointment I had the support and welcome I've never found in other offices, face-to-face and online monitoring, they didn't leave doubts about the procedure, tranquilized me at all times, grateful for everything they did for me!! super recommend.

Dono de uma sensibilidade fantástica tanto às mãos quanto no trato com seu paciente. Ele usou soluções digitais top de linha para explicar de forma simples e objetiva porque eu estava sentindo dor e como ele faria, ali em seu consultório de alto padrão, para resolver meu problema. Tudo isso por um valor extremamente justo. Nos primeiros 20 minutos conversando com ele, constatei que finalmente encontrei um Profissional em que eu poderia confiar cegamente. E isso foi provado no momento em que ele conseguiu me aplicar uma anestesia sem que eu sequer sentisse a agulha. Qualifying Dr.Jivael as Excellent is still very little compared to what he accomplishes as a professional and human being. Owner of a fantastic sensitivity both to the hands and in the treatment with his patient. He used top of the line digital solutions to explain simply and objectively why I was in pain and how he would go about it, right there in his high-end office, to solve my problem. All this for an extremely fair price. Within the first 20 minutes of talking to him, I realized that I had finally found a Professional I could blindly trust. And that was proved the moment he managed to give me an anesthetic without me even feeling the needle. Thank you Dr. Jivael for allowing me to be another Success Case in your extensive list and I thank you once again for being part of my select group of Professional Friends that I openly and without any restrictions.
