★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente da manhã me deixou extremamente irritado e confuso, são sabia explicar o procedimento de agendamento, cheguei por volta de 11:30 e ela disse que não antendia mais pela manhã, disse que tinha que agenda e nem sequer anotou meu nome, ainda assim voltei a tarde, esperei por uma hora e a dentista nem sequer chegou, sai extremamente irritado.
The morning attendant made me extremely angry and confused, they knew how to explain the scheduling procedure, I arrived around 11:30 and she said she didn’t schedule it in the morning, said she had to schedule and didn’t even write down my name, yet I came back in the afternoon, I waited for an hour and the dentist didn't even arrive, she left extremely irritated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local de atendimento. Meu namorado chegou cedo, antes das oito e meia e ficou mais de duas horas para ser atendido. Como se não bastasse, chega um monte de gente e essas pessoas vão sendo atendidas na frente de quem chegou cedo, colocaram várias pessoas na frente do meu namorado. Muito desorganizado, a pessoa marca um horário com um profissional e eles atrasam, além de que trocam o profissional que vai lhe atender. A recepção sequer cobra o uso de máscara, pessoas entram sem e fica por isso mesmo. Não recomendo nem um pouco, pois esse lugar é para passar raiva. Está pior que o SUS, cheio de gente e super desorganizado. Evitem essa espelunca.
Terrible service location. My boyfriend arrived early, before half past eight and stayed for more than two hours to be seen. As if that wasn't enough, a lot of people arrive and these people are being attended to in front of those who arrived early, they put several people in front of my boyfriend. Very disorganized, the person makes an appointment with a professional and they delay, in addition to changing the professional who will attend to them. The reception doesn't even charge for the use of a mask, people come in without and that's it. I don't recommend it at all, because this place is for getting angry. It's worse than the SUS, full of people and super disorganized. Avoid this joint.
