 Run! Chair tea guaranteed! I've never seen ophthalmics take so long, outside when you arrive early, people who arrive later are attended and you're waiting. The scheduled time is not respected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com oftalmologista no particular as 16h20 foram me atender às 17h10. A Dra nem se quer se apresentou pra mim fez apenas uma avaliação que um oculista faz. Sendo que eu necessitava de exames mais detalhados. Falei de alguns problemas que tinha na visão ela não soube me responder, Quanto marquei a consulta eles disseram que eu tinha direito a retorno mentiram pra mim joguei 300 reais fora. Péssimo trabalho
I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist in particular at 4:20 pm. The Dra didn't even introduce herself to me, she just made an evaluation that an optician does. Since I needed more detailed exams. I spoke of some problems with her vision, she did not know how to answer me. When I made an appointment, they said I had the right to return, they lied to me and I threw 300 reais away. Bad job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Recepcionistas mal educadas. Cheguei cedo para a consulta. Disseram q não poderia ser atendida pois ainda não era o horário da consulta. Ok. Chegou meu horário e nada. Resumindo não passei c a médica. Cancelei a consulta. Perdi meu dia e meu tempo. Não indico p ninguém!!
Bad service. Rude receptionists. I arrived early for the appointment. They said it could not be answered because it was not yet the appointment time. Okay. My time has come and nothing. In short, I didn't go to the doctor. I canceled the appointment. I lost my day and my time. I do not indicate p anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta agendada as 15 horas, e até o momento, 16 horas, nem sequer minha esposa foi chamada para atendimento. Outro problema foi na marcação, que solicitamos com uma médica, pois eu já havia passado com a mesma, e no dia da consulta haviam agendado com outra profissional. Precisam aprender a controlar a agenda, pois nós pacientes temos outras coisas para fazer e não somos obrigados a tolerar atrasos superiores a 15 minutos.
Consultation scheduled at 3 pm, and so far, 4 pm, not even my wife was called to attend. Another problem was in the appointment, which we requested with a doctor, because I had already passed with it, and the day of the consultation had scheduled with another professional. They need to learn to control the agenda, because we patients have other things to do and we are not obliged to tolerate delays exceeding 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra Liliana é uma excelente profissional, sou paciente dela há muitos anos, tive um episódio de úlcera ocular, ela cuidou de mim com muito carinho e competência, acho que se não fosse a dra, certamente teria perdido minha visão ou evoluído para uma sepse e entrado em óbito.
