★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro fora do Brasil e fui nessa clínica pois era a única opção do meu convênio mais perto da minha casa aí. Fui atendida pelo Dr. André Bastos no dia 30 de novembro de 2015. Ele foi muito rude, grosso e sequer me deixava responder do meu jeito os problemas que eu estava encontrando referente à minha visão. Eu saí de lá traumatizada com o péssimo atendimento. O pior foi voltar para o meu país de residência, ir em outro oftalmologista pois tinha dívidas se aquela receita prescrita estava correta devido ao atendimento pobre que recebi e não foi surpresa descobrir que a receita que ele me passou estava completamente equivocada e não tinha nada a ver com a correção de lente que eu precisava. Não recomendo esse oftalmologista André Bastos. Faça um favor a você mesmo e marque consulta com um profissional de verdade.
I live outside Brazil and I went to this clinic because it was the only option in my health insurance plan closer to my home there. I was attended by Dr. André Bastos on November 30, 2015. He was very rude, thick and didn't even let me answer the problems I was encountering regarding my vision in my own way. I left there traumatized by the terrible service. The worst thing was going back to my country of residence, going to another ophthalmologist because I had debts if that prescription was correct due to the poor service I received and it was no surprise to find out that the prescription he gave me was completely wrong and had nothing to do with it. do with the lens correction I needed. I do not recommend this ophthalmologist André Bastos. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with a real professional.
