★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, a atendente entra para ajudar o médico com os exames e larga a recepção, fui acompanhar um amigo pra realizar uma endoscopia e ele voltou cm a roupa suja de sangue.
The service is horrible, the attendant comes in to help the doctor with the exams and leaves the reception, I went to accompany a friend to perform an endoscopy and he returned with his clothes dirty with blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GastroMed, localizado em Parauapebas/PA, rua Araguaia... Péssimo atendimento, atendente arrogante, ignorante e que trata de forma discriminatória paciente do SUS. Pacientes do SUS são igualmente clientes, cujo exame é pago através dos nossos impostos. Pessoas totalmente despreparadas para lidarem com o público. Prefeitura de Parauapebas deveria rever essa parceria.
GastroMed, located in Parauapebas / PA, Rua Araguaia ... Poor service, arrogant, ignorant attendant who treats discriminatory SUS patients. SUS patients are also clients, whose exam is paid through our taxes. People totally unprepared to deal with the public. Parauapebas City Hall should review this partnership.

Uneducated receptionists, mismatched information between receptionists. They asked to arrive at 1 pm and the doctor arrived 2 hours later (he still had his cell phone in the room).
