★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, liguei varias vezes e não fui atendido, enviei mensagem no whattsapp e ninguem respondeu.Fui ao estabelecimento e ao chegar me deparo com 03 atendentes batendo papo, e ainda escuto que a demanda esta alta...Não adianta oferecer um meio de comunicação se ele não funciona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de coleta de sangue lento, eles prometem o resultado 2 hs após a coleta, dão uma senha e pra vc entrar no site porém, quase 24 horas após a coleta do material para o exame não consta resultado no site. Tive que voltar no estabelecimento pessoalmente para pegar resultado impresso! Ou seja, não cumprem com o que é prometido, vc não consegue acessar o resultado do exame pelo site! As atendentes são mal humoradas!
Slow blood collection service, they promise the result 2 hours after collection, give you a password and for you to enter the site, however, almost 24 hours after collecting the material for the exam, there is no result on the site. I had to go back to the establishment in person to get the printed result! That is, they do not fulfill what is promised, you cannot access the exam result through the website! The attendants are grumpy!
