CIV BEM SABE PQ COM MINHA CADELINHA INTERNADA CIV DE 04.02.2021 AO DD 18.02.2021 O Q ACONTECEU AI NO CIV DD 17.02.2021 ....Quebraram a pata trazeira esquerda de minha cadelinha 3.7 Perereca q CIV estava sob custodia (internada CIV ) Do dd 04.02.2021 ao dd 18.04.2021 ,deixando cair uma partileira em montagem com Perereca fora da baia nas maos de uma pessoa q nem Auxiliar de Veterinario ,Mirian,com 2 veterinarias presentes no momento Dra Fernanda Rosseto Lemos q e a responsavel CIV junto ao CRMV ES ,e drs Ruth .Ate hoje 05.05.2021 Perereca continua c a pata fraturada por tamanha Negligencia CIV E respondavel CIV DRA FERNANDA ROSSETO LEMOS .

CIV WELL KNOWS PQ WITH MY CHILD INCLUDED CIV FROM 04.02.2021 TO DD 18.02.2021 WHAT HAPPENED AI IN CIV DD 17.02.2021 .... They broke the left back leg of my little dog 3.7 Tree frog q CIV was in custody (CIV interned) From dd 04.02.2021 to dd 18.04.2021, dropping a mount in assembly with Perereca outside the stall in the hands of a person who is not a Veterinarian Assistant, Mirian, with 2 veterinarians present at the moment Dra Fernanda Rosseto Lemos q and the CIV responsible next to the CRMV ES, and Drs Ruth. Until today 05.05.2021 Perereca remains fractured due to such negligence CIV AND CIV DRA FERNANDA ROSSETO LEMOS.

Eles trabalham com um número limitado de pets internados e o veterinário plantonista cuida exclusivamente deles, sem atendimento ao público no período noturno, possibilitando assim que o paciente tenha toda a atenção que necessita na internação.
The clinic has great infrastructure and excellent professionals. They work with a limited number of hospitalized pets and the veterinarian on duty takes care of them exclusively, without attending to the public at night, thus allowing the patient to have all the attention they need during hospitalization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entrei na clinica, pensei que seria bom! Mas me enganei! Paguei, consulta, exames, medicação ( inclusive que me chamou atenção, porque A Dra Viviane disse que deveria ser feita a medicação sob cuidados de aferir pressão donpet antes, durante e depois e que iria durar uns 20minutos) Quando a minha cachorrinha foi fazer a medicação, nada disso aconteceu.
Não tive retorno algum sobre os exames feitos da Dra Viviane. NÃO INDICO. A MINHA IMPRESSÃO É QUE EM PRIMEIRO LUGAR ESTÁ O DINHEIRO.
NÃO INDICO MESMO! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.
When I entered the clinic, I thought it would be good! But I was mistaken! Paid, consultation, examination, medication (including that caught my attention because Dr. Viviane said it should be made the medication under the care of gauge pressure donpet before, during and after and it would take about 20 minutes) When my dog was making medication, none of that happened.
I have not had any feedback on examinations of Dr. Viviane. NOT INDICO. MY PRINT IS THAT FIRST IS MONEY.
INDICO NOT EVEN! BAD EXPERIENCE.

Foi muito bem tratada, a Jhuly estava quase se sentindo em casa, deixaram ela bem a vontade. Os médicos fizeram o melhor por ela e para ela, tive u acompanhamento por fotos e videos.
Os profissionais esão de parabens!!! Salvaram a vida da minha Jhuly!!!
Sou agradecida a todos!!
Esperamos que agora ela volte somente para rotina, mas fará o acomapanhamento sempre na CIV!!!

My daughter went to the CIV due to an emergency.
She was treated very well, Jhuly was almost feeling at home, they made her feel comfortable. The doctors did the best for her and for her, I had photos and videos followed up.
The professionals are to be congratulated!!! They saved my Jhuly's life!!!
I'm grateful to everyone!!
We hope that now she will only return to routine, but she will always be followed up at the CIV!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A CIV é uma clínica bem equipada, que oferece o suporte que os animais necessitam. Tem uma ótima equipe, todos bem atenciosos e solícitos, super simpáticos!
A nefrologista da CIV, a Dra. Viviane, é super acolhedora, dá sempre o melhor atendimento. Explica tudo que precisamos saber, sempre muito didática. Cada exame que ela solicita é explicado o porquê de precisar realizá-los e a importância deles. Trata com muito carinho os animais, e na hora de aferir a pressão ou fazer alguma coleta tenta sempre respeitar o animal evitando que ele fique muito estressado.
Se vocês precisarem de uma veterinária nefrologista eu recomendo super a Viviane! Podem ir sem medo.
CIV is a well-equipped clinic that offers the support that animals need. It has a great team, all very attentive and helpful, super friendly!
CIV nephrologist Dr. Viviane, is super welcoming, always gives the best service. Explains everything we need to know, always very didactic. Each exam she requests is explained why she needs to perform them and why they are important. He treats the animals with great affection, and when checking the pressure or doing some collection, he always tries to respect the animal, preventing him from getting too stressed.
If you need a nephrologist, I highly recommend Viviane! You can go without fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada boa, atendimento foi atencioso até o pagamento de 730.00 + 255.00 ser realizado. Após isso não tivemos retorno da consulta, não tivemos o ajuste da medição com os resultados do exame e não tivemos retorno algum da clinica e da veterinária Viviane. Triste saber que hoje oq conta é o dinheiro e não o bem estar dos animais.
Hoje não tenho mais o meu pet que faleceu. Mas se tivesse nao levaria ao local, quando o mínimo que se espera é atenção e um atendimento de qualidade.
Boa noite CIV, creio que estão redondamente enganados quanto ao caso do meu pet. Oq foi prometido pela Dra Viviane que entraria em contato após os exames para ajustar a medicação, é no mínimo inusitado responderem hoje após exatos 51 dias da consulta médica a Dra entrou em contato para saber dão meu pet. Sendo que assim como eu tive os resultados dos exames em 2 dias, ela também teve. Também estou a disposição para maiores esclarecimentos sobre o ocorrido que pelo visto vocês ainda não sabem realmente oq aconteceu mesmo após 51 dias do ocorrido.
Not good, service was attentive until the payment of 730.00 + 255.00 was made. Good evening CIV, I believe you are completely wrong about my pet's case. What was promised by Dr Viviane that she would get in touch after the exams to adjust the medication, it is at least unusual for them to respond today after exactly 51 days of the medical appointment, the Dr got in touch to find out about my pet. Being that just as I had the results of the exams in 2 days, so did she. I am also available for further clarification on what happened, which apparently you still don't really know what happened even after 51 days of what happened.
