Pipoca (minha dog) e eu, fomos muuuuuuito bem acolhidos desde a entrada até a saída da clínica.
O atendimento é excelente!
E destaco o Dr Lucas, que é um profissional extremamente cuidadoso, carinho e apaixonado pelo q faz.
Estão todos de parabéns!

 It's definitely one of the best veterinary clinics I've ever been to.
Popcorn (my dog) and I were sooooo welcomed from the entrance to the clinic.
The service is excellent!
And I highlight Dr Lucas, who is an extremely careful professional, affectionate and passionate about what he does.

Resgatei e foi diagnosticada com parvovirose, ela ficou internada 5 dias, durante esse tempo, me deram total assistência, estou levando ela para casa super saudável e cheirosa, o que mais me surpreendeu foi que me entregaram muito arrumadinha, de banho tomado e lacinho.
I would like to thank the whole team for the affection of my Luna. I rescued her and was diagnosed with parvovirus, she was hospitalized for 5 days, during that time, they gave me total assistance, I'm taking her home super healthy and fragrant, what surprised me the most was that they delivered me very tidy, with a shower and a bow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são maravilhosos - Dra Viviane e Dra Sarah então, são excelentes. Mas as recepcionistas deixam MUITO a desejar. O atendimento é frio, já erraram várias vezes a cobrança de procedimentos (ficamos no prejuízo), dão informação errada, atendem de mau humor. Infelizmente.
The doctors are wonderful - Dr Viviane and Dr Sarah so are excellent. But the receptionists leave MUCH to be desired. The service is cold, they have already made several mistakes in charging for procedures (we are at a loss), they give wrong information, they serve in a bad mood. Unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Quero agradecer especialmente ao Dr Carlos Eduardo R de Carvalho, foi extremamente atencioso, cuidadoso, passou segurança desde o início, atendimento excelente. Meu cachorro já é idoso o que gerou uma certa preocupação quanto a cirurgia, mas o doutor em todo o momento foi cuidadoso com ele, meu cachorrinho(um Yorkshire) está super bem, e tranquilo. Recomendo procurá-lo.
Excellent service. I especially want to thank Dr Carlos Eduardo R de Carvalho, he was extremely attentive, careful, he was safe from the beginning, excellent service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos minha cachorrinha na urgência dia 21/04/22 23h. Dois profissionais completamente, sem entendimento do plano de saúde, os dois se desentendiam entre eles, despreparados fizeram cobrança errada pelo plano de saúde. A clínica não se importa como você vai saber sobre o resultado do seu animal, eles não podem te ligar para avisar que o resultado saiu, eles não podem te chamar no whatsapp,ou seja, não e nada prático pra quem e pai ou mãe de PET.
Infelizmente não volto mais.
We took my dog to the emergency room on 04/21/22 23h. Two professionals completely, without understanding of the health plan, the two disagreed with each other, unprepared, they made the wrong charge for the health plan. The clinic doesn't care how you will find out about your animal's result, they can't call you to let you know that the result is out, they can't call you on whatsapp, that is, it's not practical for anyone who is a father or mother of PET.
Unfortunately I won't be back.
