★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFELIZMENTE não foi possível nem marcar a consulta, liguei no telefone, ninguém atendeu, mandei mensagem no WhatsApp e só apareceu "on-line" e não obtive nenhuma resposta, foram quase 1 hora de insistência para tentar fazer a consulta, deve ser muito bom o serviço mesmo??
UNFORTUNATEly it was not even possible to make the appointment, I called on the phone, no one answered, I sent a message on WhatsApp and it only appeared "online" and I didn't get any response, it was almost 1 hour of insistence to try to make the appointment, it must be very good the service itself??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem telefone!!! Estou tentando cancelar uma consulta para sexta feira e simplesmente não consigo! Ligo duas vezes no dia e não consigo falar! Às vezes, atendem e imediatamente colocam na espera até que a ligação cai. Desisto! Falta de respeito pelo paciente ou, nos necessitados de oftalmologista!
They don't answer the phone!!! I'm trying to cancel an appointment for Friday and I just can't! I call twice a day and I can't speak! Sometimes they answer and immediately put it on hold until the call drops. I give up! Lack of respect for the patient or those in need of an ophthalmologist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei uns minutos antes da consulta COM HORARIO MARCADO, a atendente pediu para esperar uns "minutinhos". 1 hora depois ainda tinha pacientes na minha frente. Resolvi ir embora. Nunca falaram que tinha atraso nem explicaram o motivo da demora. Fiz o agendamento pelo wapp, poderiam ter avisado, pedir para chegar mais tarde ou voltar depois, poderiam ter pedido desculpas, dar alguma explicação... nada.
Muito desrespeito.
I arrived a few minutes before the appointment WITH AN APPROVED TIME, the attendant asked to wait a few "minutes". 1 hour later I still had patients in front of me. I decided to leave. They never said they were late or explained the reason for the delay. I made the appointment through the wapp, they could have warned, asked to arrive later or come back later, they could have apologized, given some explanation... nothing.
Very disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá para exame, e como não pude levar acompanhante, uma funcionária gentilmente ficou lá fora para chamar um táxi para mim. Todos atendem muito bem, estou totalmente satisfeita.
I was there for the exam, and as I couldn't bring a companion, an employee kindly stayed outside to call a taxi for me. Everyone is very helpful, I am completely satisfied.
