Nice clinic, located in the parking lot of a mall (easy access), good prices and card accepted. The consultation with Dr Jessica Nicole is great, a super capable and sensitive professional, kind and understands the maternal universe a lot. I highly recommend it!

Atendimento desde a marcação da consulta até o pós consulta bem atencioso e prestativo. Precisei de comprovante de comparecimento e me enviaram sem problemas (pois esqueci no hora).
A consulta: Já a conhecia e admirava, agora amo e admiro ainda mais, atendimento com empatia, acolhimento. A melhor pediatra!

Service from the appointment to the post appointment, very attentive and helpful. I needed proof of attendance and they sent it to me without any problems (because I forgot right away).
The consultation: I already knew and admired her, now I love and admire her even more, care with empathy, welcoming. The best pediatrician!
I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem bacana. Mas achei muito desorganizado.
1) Me mandaram para lá para fazer o exame admissional num sábado. Chegando la nem sabiam do meu agendamento. Depois acharam
2) o técnico de enfermagem atrasou uns 40 minutos e achei ele meio inexperiente. Inclusive não conseguiu tirar sangue de um braço e teve que repetir no outro. Demorou mas conseguiu (nunca tinha sido assim sempre que fiz no meu plano é super rápido e de boa)
3) avisaram que talvez eu ia ter que voltar na segunda. Iam me ligar
4) não ligaram. O RH da empresa que me contratou que perguntou sobre ja na segunda. ai avisou que era pra voltar la naquele mesmo dia as 15h (já eram 12h)
5) me ligam de la falando que era pra estar la as 14h (isso era 13h) sendo que eu moro longe.
6) 20 minutos depois outra pessoa da clínica me liga pra perguntar da consulta pq disse que estava marcado pra quarta e não segunda. Eu disse que ia levar os documentos na terça então ela decidiu manter na segunda mesmo
The place is pretty cool. But I found it very disorganized.
1) I was sent there to take the entrance exam on a Saturday. When I got there, they didn't even know about my appointment. then they found
2) the nursing technician was about 40 minutes late and I thought he was a little inexperienced. He couldn't even draw blood from one arm and had to repeat it on the other. It took a while but it got there (it had never been like this, every time I did it in my plan it's super fast and good)
3) they warned me that I might have to come back on Monday. were going to call me
4) did not call. The HR of the company that hired me asked about it on Monday. then he warned that he was to return there that same day at 15:00 (it was already 12:00)
5) they call me from there saying I was supposed to be there at 2 pm (this was 1 pm) since I live far away.
6) 20 minutes later, another person from the clinic calls me to ask about the appointment because I said it was scheduled for Wednesday and not Monday. I said I would take the documents on Tuesday so she decided to keep it on Monday
