★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico não existe nesse centro médico ..vc passa a manhã toda ligando só dá ocupado aí tu liga 12:00 chama até cai . é um absurdo isso pra que telefone ??
Telephone service does not exist at this medical center ..vc spends all morning calling, just get busy, then you call 12:00 pm calls until it falls. it is absurd what for what phone ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo telefone é horrível. Se torna quase impossível marcar qualquer consulta por telefone. São várias e exaustivas tentativas até conseguir falar com uma atendente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível, secretárias despreparadas, remarcaram a consulta do meu filho e quando chegamos, tivemos que esperar duas horas para sermos atendidos, pra nossa surpresa, nos colocaram como consulta encaixe, sendo que a consulta havia sido remarcada, logo não era encaixe. Enfim, perdemos duas horas por falha de comunicação de secretárias que querem mais é ficar com celular na mão do que acompanhar o que está acontecendo no consultório.
The worst possible, unprepared secretaries rescheduled my son's appointment and when we arrived, we had to wait two hours to be seen, to our surprise, they placed us as a fit appointment, and the appointment had been rescheduled, therefore it was not a fit. Anyway, we lost two hours due to communication failure of secretaries who want more is to have a cell phone in hand than to follow what is happening in the office.
