★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do atraso no horário do exame, combinaram a entrega uma semana após a realização do mesmo. Porém, ao buscá-lo duas semanas depois haviam o perdido. Estava com consulta marcada e não pude apresentar os resultados ao médico.
Agora, após mais uma semana, meu exame ainda não está disponível para retirada e terei que marcar outra consulta com o médico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado, perdem guia de pedidos de exame, perdem exames e não avisam, quando vc vai buscar o resultado te informam que vc tem que repetir o exame. Se puder evite marcar exames nela e procurem outra empresa. Lamentável, uma empresa com tantos anos, ainda não ter uma sistemática organizada.
Very disorganized, they lose exam ordering guide, lose exams and don't let them know, when you get the result, they inform you that you have to repeat the exam.
