★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa teve nosso filho nesse hospital e não temos do que reclamar, ela teve toda assistência do mundo, o apartamento é super espaçoso, estão de parabéns toda equipe. Recepção, limpeza, copa, médicos e enfermeira todos muito prestativo.
 My wife had our son in this hospital and we have nothing to complain about, she had all the assistance in the world, the apartment is super spacious, congratulations to the whole team. Reception, cleaning, pantry, doctors and nurse all very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi internada no período de pico da influenza, por ser idosa teve toda atenção e atendimento diferenciado. Os médicos da emergência, UTI e equipe que acompanhou a semana que ela ficou internada fizeram excelente atendimento. Sempre recomendo esse hospital, e especialmente se for para idosos.
My mother was hospitalized during the peak period of influenza, because she was elderly, she had all the attention and differentiated care. The emergency room doctors, the ICU and the team that followed the week she was hospitalized provided excellent care. I always recommend this hospital, and especially if it's for the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidas desde o 1o momento na recepção do terreo até a a entrada no quarto. Equipe de enfermagem excelente, pessoal de serviços gerais, macaqueiros todos 100%. E especial a equipe médica do Dr Filipe Lima, o assistente dele, o anestesista, e instrumentadora cirúrgica, são maravilhosos, bastante amáveis e competentissimos. Só tenho a agradecer a todos do hospital, que cuidou minha mãe ( 80 anos)com tanto Zelo e Profissionalismo. Obrigada e parabéns!!!
I have nothing to complain about. We were very well attended from the 1st moment at the ground floor reception to the entrance to the room. Excellent nursing staff, general service personnel, monkeys all 100%. And especially the medical team of Dr Filipe Lima, his assistant, the anesthesiologist, and surgical instrument, they are wonderful, very kind and competent. I just have to thank everyone at the hospital, who took care of my mother (80 years old) with so much zeal and professionalism. Thank you and congratulations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento.Fiz agora à noite uma ressonância magnética com contraste do cérebro.Já estou em casa. Tudo tranquilo desde o agendamento pelo whatsapp, o qual foi bastante prático até todo o atendimento pessoal ocorrido hoje à noite. Esta agendado para as 18:40 hs. Cheguei 1 hora antes, conforme recomendado e transcorreu tudo em tempo hábil. Estranhei a quantidade de avaliações negativas, pois fui muito bem atendida, com cordialidade e simpatia por todos, desde os rapazes da segurança e identificação, atendente da recepção que foi super delicada e atenciosa até toda equipe de enfermeiros e médicas que me acompanharam no preparatório, no exame e no pós exame.Tudo muito organizado, inclusive serviram um kit caprichado de lanche após o exame, devido ao jejum. Para mim, foi um atendimento maravilhoso. Só agradeço.
Excellent service. I had an MRI with brain contrast tonight. I'm already home. Everything went smoothly from scheduling via whatsapp, which was very practical, to all the personal service that took place tonight. It is scheduled for 6:40 pm. I arrived 1 hour early as recommended and everything went in a timely manner. I was surprised by the amount of negative evaluations, because I was very well attended, with cordiality and sympathy by everyone, from the security and identification guys, the receptionist who was super delicate and attentive to the entire team of nurses and doctors who accompanied me in the preparatory, in the exam and in the post-exam. Everything was very organized, they even served a neat snack kit after the exam, due to fasting. For me, it was a wonderful service. Just thank you.

They didnt listen, didnt help, gave wrong instructions and told a girl with fever and possible malaria that she should have known herself not to go there. WTF! Then they turned our words around. I have never in my life seen such a treatment!!
