★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento telefônico é péssimo, elas não atendem o telefone. São dois números , porém ninguém atende. Já tive que sair de casa e ir até lá ,pra marcar uma consulta,pois ninguém atende o telefone. Fazem de propósito ,pois já presenciei essa situação,uma vez estava na recepção sendo atendida e o telefone berrou e ninguém atendeu. Tiram do gancho ou deixam tocar. Uma maldade fazer isso com os clientes,pois precisamos agendar as consultas e assim fica inviável. Acho que não querem trabalhar, só pode. Hj estou ligando desde as 08:07 da manhã e até agora nada. Já deu ocupado, já desligaram , já berrou ... só não atenderam. Alô diretoria , vamos melhorar o atendimento telefônico ,pois eu acho que vcs não estão sabendo que isso acontece na recepção.
Vamos tomar uma providência pois isso não é de agora.
Unfortunately the phone service is terrible, they don't answer the phone. There are two numbers, but no one answers. I already had to leave the house and go there to make an appointment, because no one answers the phone. They do it on purpose, as I have already witnessed this situation, once I was being answered at the reception and the phone screamed and no one answered. Take it off the hook or let it ring. It is a bad thing to do this with clients, because we need to schedule appointments and it is not viable. I don't think they want to work, they just can. Hj I'm calling since 08:07 in the morning and so far nothing. It's already busy, they already hung up, already screamed ... they just didn't answer. Hello directorate, let's improve the telephone service, because I think you are not aware that this happens at the reception.
Let's take action because this is not new.

Atendente é uma pessoa extremamente grossa e mal educada, grita com os outros, não ouve e não responde o que é perguntado.
Deveriam rever o quadro de funcionários, para substituir quem realmente quer trabalhar.

The receptionists' service is terrible, you call to ask if there is a doctor and no one tells you that you need to make an appointment, you have to guess and you are still treated badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As consultas, deveriam ser marcadas, por um aplicativo, tem que ter muita paciência, para marcar por telefone, eu que não moro perto, prefiro ir pessoalmente marcar consulta, mas os medicos são bons.
Appointments should be scheduled through an app, you have to be very patient, to book by phone, I don't live close by, I prefer to go in person to make an appointment, but the doctors are good.
