★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com infusão do medicamento Stelara agendado para as 8h da manhã, cheguei ao local às 07:45. As 8:50 o farmacêutico veio me pedir paciência e avisar que tiveram um problema com a medicação que ainda estava a caminho e iria atrasar. Até aí tudo bem, iniciei o medicamento mais de 11h da manhã acabando às 12:35h. Solicitei um atestado médico pois não daria tempo de eu chegar ao trabalho em tempo hábil, eu e meu acompanhante (como foi minha primeira infusão e não sabia se teria alguma reação achei pertinente ir acompanhada). A atendente disse que os médicos estavam no almoço e retornariam às 13h. Aguardei. O médico se negou a me dar o dia, fez um papel que nem se quer consta as horas que permaneci no local, não valendo de nada para meu trabalho. Serei descontada por esse dia. Exponho aqui minha indignação por ter que pagar por uma desorganização do estabelecimento. Entendo vocês não terem costume de dar atestado para os procedimentos realizados no local, porém acho que cada caso deve ser avaliado a parte, cadê o atendimento humanizado? O médico mal olhou na minha cara para saber o que tinha ocorrido. Me tratou como se eu quisesse o dia para ir para praia. Fiquei muito chateada com toda essa desorganização. Que no final além de esperar horas, perdi meu dia de trabalho e ainda serei descontada. Podiam ao menos ter me ligado no dia anterior avisando que a medicação não tinha chegado e remarcado meu procedimento para a parte da tarde. Teria evitado todo esse caos.
I was infused with the drug Stelara scheduled for 8am in the morning, I arrived at the place at 07:45. At 8:50 the pharmacist came to me asking for patience and let me know that they had a problem with the medication that was still on the way and would be delayed. So far so good, I started the medication more than 11am in the morning ending at 12.35pm. I requested a medical certificate because it would not give me time to get to work in a timely manner, me and my companion (as it was my first infusion and did not know if I would have any reaction I thought it appropriate to be accompanied). The clerk said the doctors were at lunch and would return at 1:00 p.m. I waited. The doctor refused to give me the day, he played a role that you do not even know the hours that I stayed in the place, not worth anything for my work. I will be discounted for that day. I hereby express my indignation at having to pay for a disorganization of the establishment. I understand that you do not have the custom to give testimony to the procedures performed in the place, but I think that each case should be evaluated separately, where is the humanized care? The doctor barely looked into my face to know what had happened. He treated me like I wanted the day to go to the beach. I was very upset with all this disorganization. That in the end beyond waiting for hours, I lost my work day and I will still be discounted. They could at least have called me the day before by letting me know the medication had not arrived and rescheduled my procedure for the afternoon. He would have avoided all this chaos.
