Falta de respeito com o paciente.
Consulta paga passa na frente sem respeitar o horário agendado.
Passa paciente de 18h na frente do paciente de 17h.
Atendente diz que o controle da agenda não é com eles! Que o médico que é responsável. Totalmente desorganizado.
Fui buscar o exame, fui informada que já tinha sido entregue. Assinatura de uma pessoa que desconheço e o mesmo não estava disponível sendo tirada segunda via.
Não recomendo.

Paid consultation goes ahead without respecting the scheduled time.
The 18-hour patient passes in front of the 17-hour patient.
Clerk says schedule control is not up to them! That the doctor who is responsible. Totally disorganized.
I went to get the exam, I was informed that it had already been delivered. Signature of a person I don't know and the same was not available being taken duplicate.
I do not recommend.
