★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com excessao da Doutora Carolina que é arrogante e descontrolada, segundo meus irmãos a equipe é boa. Meus pai de 87 anos esteve internado por quase 1 mês. Dou 3 estrelas pq tem gente boa lá, apesar da Doutora Carol.
 With the exception of Doctor Carolina who is arrogant and uncontrolled, according to my brothers the team is good. My 87-year-old father was hospitalized for almost 1 month. I give it 3 stars because there are good people there, despite Dr. Carol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível! Pediatra que atendeu meu filho não levantou nem da cadeira. Esperamos horas pelo resultado de exame de sangue e o médico saiu pra almoçar e demorou 2 horas. Emergência Pediátrica junto com Emergência de adultos. Funcionários confusos e não sabem orientar nada!
Worst experience possible! Pediatrician who saw my son didn't even get up from his chair. We waited hours for the blood test result and the doctor left for lunch and it took 2 hours. Pediatric Emergency along with Adult Emergency. Confused employees and they don't know how to guide anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 anos sofri um acidente de moto ,onde passei por cirurgia e fiquei internado no hospital uma semana todos me trataram com carinho educação e respeito tudo muito limpo com uma comida maravilhosa ...hj faço tratamento de hiperbarica no mesmo na cura de uma úlcera de pele. A equipe dessa área é fabulosa reúnem simpatia e preocupação com os pacientes e o médico que me atende na quarta feira é espetacular na função. Parabéns ao hospital Santa Tereza em Petrópolis por ter um quadro de funcionários assim fazendo realmente a diferença entre outros hospitais.
2 years ago I had a motorcycle accident, where I underwent surgery and was admitted to the hospital for a week, everyone treated me with affection, education and respect, everything very clean with wonderful food... of skin. The team in this area is fabulous, they combine sympathy and concern for patients and the doctor who sees me on Wednesday is spectacular in his role. Congratulations to Santa Tereza hospital in Petrópolis for having such a staff that really makes a difference between other hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi um inferno, e não foi só uma vez. Os funcionários parecem perdidos, fiquei 6 horas pra internar, internação autorizada, mais 3 horas de espera. O paciente tem q ser INFORMADO e não esquecido. Parece q os funcionários tem MEDO DE FALAR, e nunca tem um responsável. A cidade meio q se orgulha desse hospital, mas é por falta de opção mesmo. Os quartos coletivos são péssimos, banheiros sem revestimento na parede, e visivelmente mofado. Atendimento não condizente com uma rede particular, fora da realidade.
It was hell, and not just once. The employees seem lost, I stayed 6 hours to be hospitalized, hospitalization was authorized, another 3 hours of waiting. The patient has to be INFORMED and not forgotten. It seems that the employees are AFRAID TO TALK, and there is never a responsible person. The city is kind of proud of this hospital, but it's for lack of options. Shared rooms are terrible, bathrooms with no wall cladding, and visibly musty. Service not consistent with a private network, out of reality.

waiting time for care exceeds all limits, many people in an unventilated corridor awaiting care with flu symptoms. The vaccine is necessary, people need to be aware.
