★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive a mesma sorte que as outras pessoas que foram atendidos nesse Centro municipal de saúde fiz um canal dentário muito dolorido depois meu dente quebrou e infelizmente tive que extrair . ???
I was not so lucky that the other people who were seen at this municipal health center had a very painful dental canal after my tooth broke and unfortunately I had to extract it. ???

Somos referência em reabilitação na cidade do Rio e somos credenciados pelo Ministério da Saúde como CER(Centro Especializado em Reabilitação) categoria IV, prestando serviços de reabilitação de média e alta complexidades nas especialidades auditiva, física, intelectual e visual. Oferecemos atendimento especializado a pessoas portadoras de deficiência (permanente ou temporária) e os nossos pacientes são atendidos por equipes multidisciplinares compostas por fisiatras, ortopedistas, homeopatas, oftalmologistas, otorrinolaringologistas, profissionais de enfermagem, dentistas, psicólogos, assistentes sociais, terapeutas ocupacionais, fisioterapeutas, fonoaudiólogos, musicoterapeutas e acupunturistas.
Fundada como obra social filantrópica por Oscar Castello Branco Clark, em maio de 1930, a unidade recebeu inicialmente o nome de Clínica Escolar Oscar Clark, permanecendo nessa condição até 1940. Em seguida, foi transformada em Posto Médico Pedagógico Oscar Clark, vinculada ao Departamento de Saúde Escolar da Secretaria Geral de Educação e Cultura da Prefeitura do Distrito Federal. Nesta época, a Unidade contava com serviços de assistência à saúde dos estudantes nas áreas de pediatria, oftalmologia, otorrinolaringologia e enfermaria para acompanhamento de crianças operadas. Somente em 1962 a unidade foi transformada em Centro de Reabilitação do Deficiente Físico, recebendo o nome de Instituto Oscar Clark.
Atualmente o Oscar Clark atende a pacientes encaminhados pelas rede pública de saúde encaminhados pelo Sistema de Regulação do Ministério da Saúde (SISREG). Todas as ações visam a promover, através de recursos terapêuticos, a possibilidade de locomoção, de comunicação, de autonomia e de independência, com dignidade, contribuindo para a inserção social das pessoas portadoras de deficiência.
Disponibilizamos programas de atenção ao ostomizado e ao amputado, serviço de atendimento a deficientes visuais, serviço de saúde auditiva, de reabilitação cardíaca, de ortopedia funcional de maxilares — para crianças em fase de dentição mista, portadoras de maloclusão — reabilitação de lesões neurológicas (adulto e infantil), reumatológicas e ortopédicas, serviço de fisioterapia, ortopedia infantil, entre outros.
The Oscar Clark Municipal Rehabilitation Center is a Health Unit linked to the Municipal Health Department of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. We are a reference in rehabilitation in the city of Rio and are accredited by the Ministry of Health as CER (Specialized Center in Rehabilitation) category IV, providing medium and high complexity rehabilitation services in the hearing, physical, intellectual and visual specialties. We offer specialized care to people with disabilities (permanent or temporary) and our patients are cared for by multidisciplinary teams consisting of physiatrists, orthopedists, homeopaths, ophthalmologists, otolaryngologists, nursing professionals, dentists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, music therapists and acupuncturists.
Founded as a philanthropic social work by Oscar Castello Branco Clark, in May 1930, the unit was initially called the Oscar Clark School Clinic, remaining in this condition until 1940. Then, it was transformed into an Oscar Clark Pedagogical Medical Post, linked to the Department of School Health of the General Secretariat of Education and Culture of the Municipality of the Federal District. At that time, the Unit had health care services for students in the areas of pediatrics, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology and an infirmary for monitoring operated children. It was only in 1962 that the unit was transformed into a Rehabilitation Center for the Physically Disabled, receiving the name Oscar Clark Institute.
Currently, Oscar Clark serves patients referred by the public health network referred by the Regulatory System of the Ministry of Health (SISREG). All actions aim to promote, through therapeutic resources, the possibility of mobility, communication, autonomy and independence, with dignity, contributing to the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
We provide care programs for ostomates and amputees, care services for the visually impaired, hearing health services, cardiac rehabilitation, functional orthopedics of the jaws - for children in mixed dentition phase, with malocclusion - rehabilitation of neurological injuries (adult and children), rheumatologic and orthopedic services, physiotherapy service, child orthopedics, among others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção da seção de colostomia é indelicado, para não dizer grosseiro. Estão entregando somente 10 bolsas por mês, quando são necessárias no mínimo 10. Não atendem ao telefone! Para onde está indo o restante das bolsinhas???
The attendance at the reception of the colostomy section is impolite, not to say rude. They are delivering only 10 bags a month, when they are needed at least 10. They do not answer the phone! Where are the rest of the bags going?

Pois vejo que muitos posts aqui, dizem muito bem e, estou a pouco mais de 3 meses, para o meu primeiro atendimento....
E sigo em minhas orientações medicas de caminhadas, ginasticas e terapias ocupacionais e, ja em boa evolução..
Espero estar ainda melhor, depois de iniciar nesta unidade.

I count on this reference unit, in physiotherapy, either as my doctor indicated, as excellence in recovery procedures...
Because I see that many posts here, say very well and, I'm just over 3 months away, for my first appointment....
And I follow my medical guidelines of hiking, gymnastics and occupational therapies and, already in good evolution..
I hope to be even better after starting this unit.
