★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta muita coisa para entrar no eixo. E acredito que tinham que contratar mais pessoas com engajamento de políticas públicas, que sejam LGBTQIA+. Abrir vagas para ajudar a comunidade mencionada.
There's a lot to get on the axis. And I believe they had to hire more people with public policy engagement, who are LGBTQIA+. Open vacancies to help the mentioned community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível, você vai lá e espera um atendimento humanizado e é tudo que você menos encontra, o Hupes está me auxiliando bem mais no processo que um centro lgbt que deveria ser referência. Atendimento péssimo, profissionais que nem sei se posso chamar de profissionais pois tão pouco interessados em ajudar ou auxiliar. A demanda é grande mas nenhuma vida e história importa mais ou menos que a outra, enfim, péssimo!! Recomendo a ninguém.
My experience was horrible, you go there and expect a humanized service and it is everything you find the least, Hupes is helping me a lot more in the process than a lgbt center that should be a reference. Lousy service, professionals that I don't even know if I can call professionals because they are so little interested in helping or assisting. The demand is great but no life and history matter more or less than the other, in short, terrible !! I recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após contato com o “disque100” fui orientado a ir nessa associação, por fazer parte da comunidade LGBTQia+ desconhecia toda e qualquer aparição da mesma. Mas ainda assim fui, desde a recepção até o primeiro contato com orientadora e assistente todos despreparados. Sofri um crime ao qual o suspeito é gay, eles fazem pouco caso por não se tratar de um indivíduo qual cometeu o crime ser hétero. Como se a vida do individual homossexual em sua generalidade fosse somente se tratar de agressões homofóbicas, percebi que o centro assim como associações lgbts e afins ressalvam muito a homofobia e esquecem de outros crimes cometidos pelos próprios participantes da comunidade, descartando assim lutas e aflições dentro da mesma, querendo somente mídia! Isso q percebi! Ouvi ainda de uma das profissionais. “ se fosse um crime de homofobia saberia orientar”. Não indicaria ninguém se quer para esses profissionais, despreparados. Sofri agressões psicológicas. Onde foi colocado em pauta em redes sociais tomando proporção no meu bairro, trabalho. Me desqualificando como cidadão e me colocando em uma posição indefesa e sendo coagido. Me sinto de mãos atadas porque a associação ela fez desdém. Esperei retorno e nunca me deram quando perceberam que não se tratava de um crime cometido por um hétero, infeliz de quem gasta seu tempo, seu voto pra investimentos como esse.
After contacting “dial100” I was instructed to go to this association, as I am part of the LGBTQia+ community, I was unaware of any and all appearances of it. But I still went, from the reception to the first contact with the advisor and assistant, all unprepared. I suffered a crime to which the suspect is gay, they make light of it because it is not an individual whose crime was straight. As if the individual homosexual's life in general were only about homophobic aggressions, I realized that the center, as well as LGBT associations and the like, greatly emphasize homophobia and forget about other crimes committed by the community participants themselves, thus discarding struggles and afflictions within of the same, wanting only media! This I realized! I also heard from one of the professionals. “if it were a crime of homophobia I would know how to guide”. I wouldn't recommend anyone to these unprepared professionals. I suffered psychological aggression. Where it was put on the agenda on social networks taking proportion in my neighborhood, work. Disqualifying me as a citizen and putting me in a helpless position and being coerced. I feel my hands are tied because the association was disdainful. I waited for a return and they never gave it to me when they realized that it wasn't a crime committed by a hetero, unhappy person who spends his time, his vote for investments like this.
