★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi contratado o serviço para reforma do estofado, ficou acordado que seria trocado as partes metálicas (parafusos, molas, etc.), o tecido e espuma. Não foi cumprido nem 50% do prometido. O sofá retornou apenas com o tecido trocado. O sofá afunda quando sentamos e quando puxamos a parte retrátil, precisamos fazer força, pois a parte metálica não foi trocada.
Entrei em contato com o Ferreira, passei a situação por mensagem de WhatsApp e ele nunca respondeu. Dei 50% de entrada em dinheiro e o restante ainda pago em prestações no cartão de crédito.
Também não cumpriu o prazo de entrega, que seria de 15 dias.
Não recomendo de forma alguma!
 The upholstery repair service was hired, it was agreed that the metal parts (screws, springs, etc.), fabric and foam would be changed. Not even 50% of what was promised was fulfilled. The sofa returned with only the fabric changed. The sofa sinks when we sit down and when we pull the retractable part, we have to force it, as the metal part has not been changed.
I contacted Ferreira, I passed the situation by WhatsApp message and he never responded. I paid 50% in cash and the rest was paid in installments on my credit card.
It also did not meet the delivery deadline, which would be 15 days.
I do not recommend at all!
