★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento seco do médico e sem a menor sensibilidade nos procedimentos. Fiz um procedimento cirúrgico marcado para 10h e foi feito meu procedimento perto de 12h, enfermeiro só diz se perguntar e com má vontade. Uma pena a falta de profissionais com atendimento mais humanizado e focado menos em retorno financeiro. Difícil nessa cidade encontrar algum profissional oftalmológico que realmente queira atender com boa vontade e paciente.
Dry medical care and without the slightest sensitivity in procedures. I had a surgical procedure scheduled for 10am and my procedure was done close to 12pm, the nurse only says to ask herself and grudgingly. Too bad the lack of professionals with more humanized care and less focused on financial return. It is difficult in this city to find an ophthalmological professional who really wants to assist with good will and patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico muito bom, no entanto a demora para se receber o atendimento é imensa. Outro ponto relevante, eles dizem que oferecem estacionamento e quando a gente chega ninguém abre o portão alegando que só tem vagas para médicos. Então que se diga que não tem estacionamento. Liguei antes de sair d Ceasa, iria com crianca pequena e disseram que o estacionamento estava funcionando e tive que ir atrás de vaga.
Very good medical care, however the delay to receive care is immense. Another relevant point, they say they offer parking and when we arrive, no one opens the gate claiming that there are only spaces for doctors. So let it be said that there is no parking. I called before leaving Ceasa, I was going with a small child and they said that the parking lot was working and I had to look for a space.

For me, the best eye clinic in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. My compliments to the attendant Cléa, always attentive and helpful, and to Dr. Thiago, equally attentive and cordial. To the guy who takes care of the parking lot, very polite and helpful, as well as the guys who take the exams. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico Dr. Sérgio Cruz não deveria se dizer que é especialista em oftalmologia pois ele não tem o RQE (Registro de qualificação de especialista), e nem deveria fazer nenhum tipo de cirurgia nessa área. Eu tinha 2,75 de miopia nos dois olhos e depois que fiz a cirurgia refrativa com ele fiquei com 1,5 de grau residual ou seja, não adiantou nada! Só perdi dinheiro! Me senti completamente enganado! Irei procurar outro médico que realmente seja especialista, atencioso e humano.
Dr. Sérgio Cruz should not claim to be a specialist in ophthalmology because he does not have the RQE (Special Qualification Register), nor should he perform any type of surgery in this area. I had 2.75 of myopia in both eyes and after I had refractive surgery with him I had a residual 1.5 degree, that is, it didn't do any good! I just lost money! I felt completely cheated! I will look for another doctor who is really expert, caring and human.
