★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editando : se vc está procurando uma clinica boa, esse é o lugar. Dr. Rafael super atencioso ! do segurança aos atendentes , todos simpáticos . O atendimento não demora, eles pedem pra chegar 30 minutos antes do horario . Não precisa chegar 5 horas antes como em outras clinicas. Enfim, muito bom. Eu jà gastei dinheiro com medicos e nenhum foi bom como o de là. o valor da consulta é 250 mas VALE CADA CENTAVO. Podem ir sem medo. Eu vi alguns comentários negativos sobre a demora no atendimento e fiquei com um pouco de medo mas deu tudo certo. Se a clínica era ruim antes eu não sei, mas eu gostei e ainda indiquei pra minha prima e depois levei minha avó lá e ela gostou bastante ! Se alguém da minha familia precisar de um oftalmologista eu vou indicar a clinica e o dr. Rafael. Só posso falar dele pq os outros médicos eu não conheço.
Editing: if you are looking for a good clinic, this is the place. Dr. Rafael super attentive! from security to attendants, all friendly. The service doesn't take long, they ask to arrive 30 minutes before the time. You don't need to arrive 5 hours earlier like in other clinics. Anyway, very good. I've spent money on doctors and none were as good as there. the value of the query is 250 but WORTH EVERY CENT. You can go without fear. I saw some negative comments about the delay in service and I was a little scared but everything worked out. If the clinic was bad before, I don't know, but I liked it and I even indicated it to my cousin and then I took my grandmother there and she liked it a lot! If anyone in my family needs an ophthalmologist, I will recommend the clinic and dr. Rafael. I can only talk about him because the other doctors I don't know.

Por que até ser consultado, o atendimento pelo WhatsApp é extremamente demorado apesar de ser um aplicativo de mensagens rápidas e ninguém atende os telefones fixos principalmente a tarde. Se conseguir passar por essa maratona você será bem atendido pelos médicos.
The hospital service is great if you can make an appointment. Why until being consulted, the service through WhatsApp is extremely time-consuming despite being a quick messaging application and nobody answers landlines, especially in the afternoon. If you make it through this marathon, you will be well attended by the doctors.
