★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Amélia fez meu parto e todo meu pre-natal. Foi bastante atenciosa. Gosto de lá porque já podemos fazer tudo num único lugar: consulta, exames de sangue, ultrassom, etc. Muito prático pra quem vive na correria. O único problema é que é cheio e muitas vezes temos que esperar muito mesmo com horário agendado.
Dr. Amélia delivered my birth and all my prenatal care. She was very attentive. I like it there because we can already do everything in one place: consultation, blood tests, ultrasound, etc. Very practical for those who live on the run. The only problem is that it is crowded and we often have to wait a lot even with a scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, nao confio, desleixo e desatenção, alem de exames caros feitos sem solicitação e sem consentimento da paciente (que nunca vemos os resultados), me sinto enganada e psicologicamente lesada.
I do not recommend, do not trust, carelessness and inattention, in addition to expensive tests done without request and without the patient's consent (we never see the results), I feel cheated and psychologically injured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não senti confiança nos resultados. Muita desatenção e descaso com o paciente. Marcam exames pra você s antes mesmo te consultar pela primeira vez. Falta dos médicos clareza e dedicação para conversar com os pacientes. Me senti decepcionada nesse lugar.
I didn't feel confident in the results. Much inattention and neglect with the patient. They arrange exams for you before they even see you for the first time. Doctors lack the clarity and dedication to talk to patients. I felt disappointed in that place.

Tentei marcar uma consulta por 3 dias por conta do péssimo atendimento virtual (Má vontade do atendente que mais parecia preguiça)
Se não possuem funcionários para lidar com a tecnologia escolhida (agendamento via WhatsApp) não deveriam disponibiliza-lo.

I tried to make an appointment for 3 days because of the terrible virtual service (bad will of the lazy attendant)
If they do not have employees to handle the technology they choose (scheduling via WhatsApp) they should not make it available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atraso para ser atendido na consulta. Os exames podem ser feitos no próprio local, o que deveria facilitar, porém para conseguir os resultados é uma luta, tive que mandar diversas mensagens até conseguirem enviar no meu e-mail, e apenas laudos , sem imagens.
Delay to be attended at the consultation. The exams can be done on the spot, which should make it easier, but to get the results it is a struggle, I had to send several messages until they were able to send in my email, and only reports, without images.
