Se permanecer da mesma forma entrarei em contato com o Procon e Anatel, pois já solicitei que retirem meu número da lista de contato deles. Atendimento horrível, imagina para os alunos...
Estácio's telemarketing calls me ALL DAY, NON-STOP, even during non-business hours! I've never been so disturbed in my life. If it remains the same, I will contact Procon and Anatel, as I have already requested that they remove my number from their contact list. Horrible service, imagine for the students...

A PIOR plataforma de estudos que eu já vi, fora que se você estuda somente na modalidade EAD você tem acesso a um podcast de 20 minutos sobre a matéria e nem é ministrado pelo professor regente, e a um conteúdo escrito sobre a disciplina bem resumido.. não existem vídeos, aulas ao vivo ou qualquer coisa deste tipo. Além do conteúdo ser péssimo, extremamente fraco e a plataforma ser horrível de acessar e navegar, você tem que ir pessoalmente realizar as avaliações da disciplina.
Alem de tudo, QUALQUER problema que você tiver para resolver com a Estácio eles farão de TUDO para NÃO resolver, e não te ajudar!

The WORST study platform I've ever seen, apart from the fact that if you study only in the EAD modality you have access to a 20-minute podcast on the subject and it's not even taught by the regent professor, and to written content about the discipline well summarized. .there are no videos, live classes or anything like that. In addition to the content being terrible, extremely weak and the platform being horrible to access and navigate, you have to go personally to carry out the course assessments.
In addition, ANY problem you have to solve with Estácio they will do EVERYTHING not to solve it, and not help you!
