★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha tudo para ser uma ótima experiência. Mas, de longe, foi a pior. Foram meses desmarcando consultas. Pra chegar a 2hs da última remarcação e cancelar o atendimento de vez.
A justificativa? Eles não atendem mais o meu convênio. Como que esse prejuízo fica com o paciente, Dr Cesar? Muito feio colocar um paciente em uma situação dessa por incopetência de operação da SUA clínica.
A desorganização impéra nessa clínica. Não recomendo para ninguém.
It had everything to be a great experience. But, by far, it was the worst. It took months to cancel appointments. To arrive at 2 am of the last appointment and cancel the service once and for all.
The justification? They no longer meet my covenant. How does this damage stay with the patient, Dr Cesar? Very ugly to put a patient in a situation like this due to the inability to operate YOUR clinic.
Disorganization had taken hold in this clinic. I don't recommend it to anyone.
