★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior decisão da minha vida. Deixei minha pet viva para limpeza de tártaro e me entregou o corpinho dela sem vida. E ainda tive que ouvir que isso é normal.Não entendo porque tantas estrelas. Se existe um arrependimento que carregarei para o resto da vida é esse: ter confiado nessa pessoa. Demorou horrores para me enttegar um laudo que não me convence. Imprudente. Irresponsável. Dei uma estrela porque não posso não dar nenhuma.
Worst decision of my life. I left my pet alive for cleaning tartar and handed me her lifeless little body. And I still had to hear that this is normal. I don't understand why so many stars. If there is one regret I will carry with me for the rest of my life, it is this: having trusted that person. It took horrors to deliver a report that does not convince me. Reckless. Irresponsible. I gave it a star because I can't give it any.

Expliquei que meu pet teve problemas num outro petshop o rapaz que me atendeu foi extremamente atencioso ouviu tudo com atenção e até chamou quem iria tosar o meu pet e quando fui pega-la vi um trabalho extremamente profissional com um preço muito justo !!!!
Pode ter certeza que ganharam a minha confiança e ganharam mais três clientes pois além de mim a minha sogra e minha cunhada irão levar seus pets lá !!!

Extremely attentive from the start !!!!! I explained that my pet had problems in another petshop the boy who attended me was extremely attentive listened to everything carefully and even called who would trim my pet and when I went to get it I saw an extremely professional job at a very fair price !!!!
You can be sure that they won my trust and won three more customers because besides me my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law will take their pets there !!!
