★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Confirmei pelo telefone que aceitariam a guia de exames da minha gata enviada pela veterinária via WhatsApp. Chegando no laboratório, não aceitaram. Gastei dinheiro de Uber pra ida e volta e o pior: ESTRESSEI MINHA GATA COM INSUFICIÊNCIA RENAL Á TOA TIRANDO-A DE CASA! Além de ser um absurdo em plena pandemia exigir que eu saia de casa para pegar uma guia.
RÉPLICA: Eu sei como utilizar o aplicativo do convênio. O problema não foi o laboratório aceitá-lo ou não, foi eu ter LIGADO E EXPLICADO TUDO COM CLAREZA E VOCÊS CONFIRMAREM QUE ACEITAVAM. Chegando no laboratório me informaram que a funcionária que me atendeu por telefone estava em treinamento e não sabia passar as informações direito. Eu e minha gata pagamos literalmente por isso. Até pensei em realizar os exames de forma particular, já que estava agendado, mas seria muito absurdo pagar o mesmo local que nos atendeu dessa forma.

REPLICA: I know how to use the health insurance application. The problem was not whether the laboratory accepted it or not, it was that I CONNECTED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WITH CLARITY AND YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPTED. Arriving at the laboratory, they informed me that the employee who answered me by phone was in training and did not know how to pass the information right. Me and my cat literally paid for it. I even thought about taking the exams privately, since it was scheduled, but it would be very absurd to pay for the same place that served us that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito limitados! Já é a segunda vez que tento marcar consulta ou procedimento e simplesmente não têm horário. Não atendem aos domingos e a desculpa é sempre que porque estão lotados. Só acho que ou teriam que aumentar a estrutura com mais profissionais ou simplesmente aumentar o horario de atendimento. Estamos no meio de uma pandemia em que empresas estão fechando por falta de demanda e aquelas que têm muito volume não sabem trabalhar. É lamentável! Vou precisar ir no concorrente porque pela segunda vez me descartaram... lamentável!
Very limited! It is already the second time that I try to make an appointment or procedure and they simply do not have an appointment. They do not open on Sundays and the excuse is always because they are crowded. I just think that they would either have to increase the structure with more professionals or simply increase the service hours. We are in the middle of a pandemic in which companies are closing due to lack of demand and those that have a lot of volume do not know how to work. It is unfortunate! I will need to go to the competitor because for the second time they discarded me ... unfortunate!

Atendimento demorado, prescrição de remédios em excesso, submeti minha cachorra a tratamento por mais de 11 dias sem sucesso. Sugestão por parte da Dra Adriane de necessidade de cirurgia, já que no retorno nao teve indicação de nova modalidade de tratamento. Gastei mais de R$ 300,00 e ainda tive que levar em outra veterinária que explicou que era uma simples inflamação e com um dia do tratamento certo já teve melhora. Basicamente tratava-se de uma pequena ferida, cujo tratamento é extremamente simples e tive tanto gasto desnecessário e prolongação de tratamento de forma totalmente desnecessária.
Não bastasse, após repassar esse relato à clínica, ainda indicaram uso de antibióticos e mais cerca de 4 remédios num período de quase 20 dias. Ou seja, se não tivesse buscado outra profissional, além de não resolver o problema, ainda teria submetido minha cachorra a uma carga medicamentosa excessiva de quase 30 dias pra tratar uma simples inflamação! (Sem contar os custos)

Long service, excessive prescription of drugs, I submitted my dog to treatment for more than 11 days without success. Dr. Adriane's suggestion that she needed surgery, since on her return there was no indication of a new treatment modality. I spent more than R $ 300.00 and I still had to take it to another veterinarian who explained that it was a simple inflammation and with one day of the right treatment already had improvement. Basically it was a small wound, the treatment of which is extremely simple and I had both unnecessary expense and prolonged treatment in a totally unnecessary way.
It was not enough, after passing this report on to the clinic, they also indicated the use of antibiotics and about 4 more drugs in a period of almost 20 days. That is, if I had not sought another professional, in addition to not solving the problem, I would still have subjected my dog to an excessive medical load of almost 30 days to treat a simple inflammation! (Not counting the costs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia ido à Clínica para consulta e hoje fui testar os serviços de banho & tosa. Fiquei bem satisfeita com o tratamento do Roberto (Groomer). Muito tranquilo, profissional, passa uma confiança incrível e nota-se o cuidado que ele tem com os pets. Atendimento via WhatsApp foi rápido e eficaz. Em poucos minutos tive eu agendamento confirmado.
I had already gone to the Clinic for consultation and today I went to test the bath & grooming services. I was very satisfied with Roberto's treatment (Groomer). Very calm, professional, gives an incredible confidence and you can see the care he has with pets. Customer service via WhatsApp was fast and effective. In a few minutes I had my appointment confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei com uma semana a consulta e cheguei na data de hoje terça-feira dia 28/09/2021 recepcionista disse que esqueceram de anotar meu horário é que Veterinaria não estava. Achei tremendo desrespeito porque vim da vila Mariana até o pacaembu e não fui atendida, além de um atendimento com maior pouco caso!!! Lamentável e quem tiver Health4Pet não recomendo !!!
I scheduled the appointment with a week and arrived on today's date Tuesday, 28/09/2021 the receptionist said they forgot to write down my time because the Veterinary was not there. I found tremendous disrespect because I came from Vila Mariana to Pacaembu and I was not assisted, in addition to a service with less case!!! Regrettable and anyone who has Health4Pet does not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto da clínica, os veterinários são atenciosos só a dona que acho ela um pouco fechada, mas me atendeu somente uma vez as demais foram sempre outros veterinários e se.prw foram atenciosos. Na semana retrasada testei o banho, os meninos são super cuidadosos, me falou que meu pet estava com o ouvidinho inflamado. Achei eles muito queridos. Certamente voltarei mais vezes e agora para o banho também.
I like the clinic, the vets are attentive, only the owner who I think is a little closed, but she only attended to me once, the others were always other vets and se.prw were attentive. Last week I tested the bath, the boys are super careful, he told me that my pet had an inflamed ear. I found them very sweet. I will certainly come back more often and now for the bath too.
