★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso urgente de um medicamento quimioterápico, o pagamento foi feito antecipadamente para agilizar e falaram para buscar pessoalmente no dia seguinte. Meu pai foi lá e nem encontraram o pedido, depois encontraram e alegaram que nao fizeram a manipulação porque o ativo está em falta. Foi pago, eu preciso do medicamento, eles informaram que entregariam no outro dia segunte em casa e até agora NADA
 I urgently need a chemotherapy drug, payment was made in advance to expedite and they said to pick it up in person the next day. My father went there and they didn't even find the order, then they found it and claimed that they didn't handle it because the asset is missing. It was paid, I need the medicine, they informed me that they would deliver it the next day at home and so far NOTHING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. No dia 22 de abril fiz meu pedido de manipulação de duas medicações para meu cachorrinho que é cardíaco, e não pode deixar de tomá-las. A entrega foi agendada para o dia 26, mas só foi entregue no dia 27 à noite. Péssimo atendimento e desrespeito com cliente.
Bad experience. On the 22nd of April I made my request for the manipulation of two medications for my little dog who has a heart condition, and cannot stop taking them. Delivery was scheduled for the 26th, but it wasn't delivered until the 27th in the evening. Bad customer service and disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento fraquissimo, o dr indicou a DrogaVet talvez ele saiba do mau atendimento, raro qdo atendem o telefone e o whatsapp respondem no outro dia ou as vezes mais de um dia, só tem uma funcionária que atende muito bem a Débora, indiginada com o atendimento da droga Vet, em geral os atendimentos no comércio com estão muito a desejar, isso pq tem lugares que ficou fechado no pandemia e agora que voltaram a atender não tem nenhuma vontade de atender o cliente, devem está com muita grana ?
Very poor service, the dr indicated DrogaVet maybe he knows about the bad service, rare when they answer the phone and whatsapp responds the other day or sometimes more than a day, there is only one employee who responds very well to Débora, who is indignant with the service from the Vet drug, in general, the calls in trade with are much to be desired, this because there are places that were closed in the pandemic and now that they have returned to attend, they have no desire to serve the customer, they must have a lot of money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caríssimos. Pedi orçamento de um medicamento simples e ele custava 4 vezes mais que em qualquer outra farmácia. A justificativa deles é que os insumos são de ótima qualidade e importados, mas pelo amor de Deus. É um abuso de caro. Paguei 66 reais o medicamento que eles cobram 260 e fiz numa farmácia muito bem conceituada.
Dear. I asked for a quote for a simple drug and it cost 4 times more than any other pharmacy. Their justification is that the inputs are of excellent quality and imported, but for God's sake. It's expensive abuse. I paid 66 reais for the medicine they charge 260 and I took it in a very reputable pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, por ter cido uma indicação , achei que o atendimento fosse mais prestativo, precisava com uma urgência um medicamento manipulado, devido olho do meu pet estar inflamado. E combinamos da retirada, o pagamento foi feito bem antes para agilizar a manipulação. Porém não me responderam , via toda hora eles online , e solicitei um Uber para fazer a retirada devido a urgência. E não me atenderam e nem respondiam o whatsapp, o Uber cancelou a corrida, sendo q eu já havia combinado com a drogaVet sobre a retirada do Uber. Somente no outro dia que foram me responder, perguntando se foi retirado o medicamento. Olha para vender são ótimos , agora para agilidade e atenção pós venda fazerm pouco caso .

And we agreed on the withdrawal, the payment was made well in advance to speed up the handling. But they didn't answer me, I saw them online all the time, and I requested an Uber to make the withdrawal due to urgency. And they didn't answer me and they didn't even answer whatsapp, Uber canceled the ride, and I had already arranged with drugVet about the Uber withdrawal. It was only the other day that they answered me, asking if the drug had been withdrawn. Looks to sell are great, now for agility and after-sales attention they don't care.
