★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois carros nessa loja o primeiro um Idea 2009 até conservado mas tinha umas coisas pra fazer tive q tira do bolso pra arrumar e não me reembolsaram agora final de 2020 adquirir um New Civic todo ferrado um monte de coisas pra fazer com vazamento de óleo de câmbio aquecimento e outras coisas a mais que tive que tirar do meu bolso e estão me enrolando pra pagar o que gastei nunca mais compro carro nessa agência a única coisa boa é só a aprovação de ficha que é rápido o resto muito ruim não indico pra ninguém perdi a confiança total nessa loja.
 I bought two cars in this store, the first an Idea 2009 until preserved but I had some things to do I had to take it out of my pocket to fix it and they didn’t reimburse me now at the end of 2020 to buy a New Civic all screwed up a lot of things to do with oil leak exchange heating and other things that I had to take out of my pocket and they are screwing me to pay what I spent I never buy a car at this agency again the only good thing is just the approval of the record which is fast the rest very bad I do not recommend it to anyone I lost total confidence in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o carro em 03/2020, já quitei o carro e incluímos a documentação que até hoje não foi entregue. Enrolam demais, dão datas mas não cumprem que arrependimento! NÃO COMPREM NÃO MERECE NENHUMA ESTRELA !!!
I bought the car in 03/2020, I have already purchased the car and we have included the documentation that has not yet been delivered. They screw up too much, give dates but don't fulfill what regrets! DON'T BUY DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STAR!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei meu carro corolla xei 2016 na data 11/06/2021 com a promessa de pegar o documento do mesmo na semana seguinte, e hoje 18/09/2021 não me entregaram o documento ficam prometendo mas não entrega .
estou aqui para deicha todos sientes que são enrolados para liberar documentação e, não ficar com dificuldades e dor de cabeça comeu estou passando agora.
I bought my car corolla xei 2016 on 06/11/2021 with the promise to get the document from it the following week, and today 09/18/2021 they didn't deliver the document to me, they are promising but not delivery.
I'm here to let everyone know who are involved in releasing documentation and, not having difficulties and headaches, I'm going through now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro no mês de abril/21 recebi a promessa de que o doc sairia semana seguinte, e após 9 meses não recebi meu doc, sempre a mesma promessa, já efetuei diversos pagamentos até indevidos alguns deles pra agilizar e até agora nada. NÃO RECOMENDO QUE COMPREM LÁ!!!!!!!!
I bought a car in April/21 I received the promise that the doc would come out the following week, and after 9 months I didn't receive my doc, always the same promise, I've already made several payments, even undue, some of them to speed up and so far nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THERE!!!!!!!!

Comprei uma Doblo paguei no pix e 1 ano depois caiu 4mil de multas fui buscar suporte pois preciso vender para pagar um tratamento para meu filho e as multas estão me impedindo a venda e os responsáveis do local estão me dizendo a 4 meses que irá pagar e não pagam.
Avisei que estava me deslocando até a loja era 18:20 e eles até fecharam a loja cedo.
Não me responde no WhatsApp.
Não me dão suporte!!!
E o carro ainda estava cheio de problemas que gerou um custo de quase 7 mil tendo apenas 3 meses em minha pose, por sorte que sou entendedora dos meus direitos e reivindiquei o mesmo e com muito custo e até com a acionamento de polícia eles pagaram esse prejuízo mais ainda não tive suporte sobre as multas e meu filho está sendo muito prejudicado por isso.
Não comprem carro nesse local desumano!!!!

I bought a Doblo, I paid at the pix and 1 year later, 4 thousand fines fell, I went to seek support because I need to sell to pay for a treatment for my son and the fines are preventing me from selling and the people in charge of the place are telling me 4 months ago that they will pay and don't pay.
I let them know that I was commuting to the store at 6:20 pm and they even closed the store early.
Don't reply to me on WhatsApp.
They don't support me!!!
And the car was still full of problems that generated a cost of almost 7 thousand having only 3 months in my pose, luckily I understand my rights and I claimed the same and with a lot of cost and even with the police call they paid this loss, but I still haven't had support on the fines and my son is being greatly harmed by this.
Don't buy a car from this inhumane place!!!!
