★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando receber uma multa do antigo dono desde o mês de novembro de 2021, tive outros problemas com o veiculo e não foi resolvido.
Não indico essa revendedora, quando estra comprando da uma boa atenção mais depois que compra e só ladeira abaixo.
I've been trying to get a fine from the previous owner since November 2021, I had other problems with the vehicle and it hasn't been resolved.
I don't recommend this dealership, when you're buying, pay attention more after you buy and just go downhill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja do mundo não indico, falta de respeito com o cliente não são sincero no que falam, prometeu milhões de coisa e não fizeram nenhuma, comprei um carro com menos de 1 semana o carro não para de quebra, já tentei resolve amigável mais eles ser recusa… e já ser vai mais de 6meses e o carro continua quebrando arruma 1 é quebra outra
Worst store in the world I don't recommend it, lack of respect for the customer they are not sincere in what they say, promised millions of things and they didn't do any, I bought a car less than 1 week old the car doesn't stop breaking, I've tried to solve it amicably but they be refused... and it's been more than 6 months and the car keeps breaking down fix 1 and break another

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro com 2 multas do dono anterior uma paguei e com insistência consegui receber, a outra paguei enviei o comprovante e eles me ignoraram, por consequência perderam um cliente que troca de carro todo ano e que indicaria clientes à loja... talvez a Fokocar esteja feliz pois economizaram 130 reais da multa que não me pagaram! Você compraria um carro em uma loja dessa?
I bought a car with 2 fines from the previous owner, one I paid and with insistence I managed to receive it, the other I paid, I sent the receipt and they ignored me, as a result they lost a customer who changes cars every year and who would refer customers to the store... Fokocar is happy because they saved 130 reais from the fine they didn't pay me! Would you buy a car at such a store?
