★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra loja antecipadamente e perguntei se poderia ir trocar apenas 4 parafusinhos que ficaram pequenos, o atendente disse que sim, me desloquei até a loja que estava aberta e fui surpreendido por um vendedor insensível que não quis me atender com a justificativa de que estavam arrumando a porta, custava ter trocado os 4 parafusos? Custava ter falado para não ir? A prioridade é a porta ou o cliente? Não entendi, porém não volto mais.

Comprei dois cadeados n25 Papaiz e pedi um desconto para pagamento a vista. Quando me entregaram os cadeados foi aberto o cadeado n25 e me deram para testar, fecharam a embalagem com um durex e me entregaram junto com o segundo cadeado. Chegando em casa para a minha surpresa o segundo cadeado, que pra esconder a diferença também tinha sido redambalado com o durex era o n20, ou seja menor.
Pela quebra de confiança leva 1 estrela e perde um cliente.
