Levei para ele consertar uma aparadora de cerca viva da marca Tekna, pois essa empresa é uma autorizada, foi consertada e algumas semanas depois, no primeiro uso do equipamento, o mesmo defeito aconteceu. Ele não queria consertar pois tinha passado 30 dias, sendo que o Código de Defesa do Consumidor prega 90 dias de garantia de conserto, tive que citar a lei para que eles consertassem. A máquina continua com o problema. Procurem outra autorizada. De preferência comprem outra marca, o pós venda da Tekna é péssimo.

He didn't want to fix it because it had passed 30 days, and the Consumer Defense Code preaches 90 days of repair guarantee, I had to quote the law for them to fix it. The machine continues to have the problem. Look for another authorized one. Preferably buy another brand, Tekna's after sales is terrible.
