★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problema com a Ducha Duo Shower turbo eletrônica 7500 W 220v em novembro 2017 e hoje a mesma peça quebrou, sendo a assistência próxima a 13 km de casa. O reparo foi feito e quando cheguei e fui verificar o chuveiro se estava normal ocorreu outro defeito , agora o chuveiro começou a vazar e hoje por infelicidade minha liguei na loja e o atendente Marcelo informou que fecha as 16:00. Bora continuar mais um dia tomando banho com adicional de água gelada. Não recomendo esta Ducha
 I had a problem with the Duo Shower turbo electronic shower 7500 W 220v in November 2017 and today the same piece broke, with the assistance close to 13 km from home. The repair was done and when I arrived and went to check the shower if it was normal there was another defect, now the shower started to leak and today unfortunately my phone called the store and the attendant Marcelo said it closes at 16:00. Let's continue another day taking a bath with additional cold water. I do not recommend this shower

O atendente Marcelo não me avisou que havia custo de 60 reais para visita, além do custo dos reparos (58 reais para trocar a mangueira do chuveiro e 68 reais para trocar a resistência do aquecedor individual) - só fiquei sabendo desse custo após o serviço ser feito. Ao questioná-lo a respeito do custo da visita, o atendente ligou para o prestador do serviço que estava na minha casa e pediu para ele retirar as peças (mesmo sem eu ter solicitado). Última vez que faço serviço com essa assistência técnica, os próximos serão com outra.
Very bad experience. The attendant Marcelo did not warn me that there was a cost of 60 reais to visit, in addition to the cost of repairs (58 reais to change the shower hose and 68 reais to change the resistance of the individual heater) - I only learned of this cost after the service was done. When asked about the cost of the visit, the attendant called the service provider who was at my house and asked him to remove the parts (even without my asking). Last time I work with this technical assistance, the next will be with another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes levei meu aquecedor cardal na Crisóstomo's , peças R$210,00 mão de obra R$200,00,total R$410,00,achei caro,depois levei na hidroshop falaram que não fabricava mais a resistência propuseram a troca por um eletrônico +ou-R$900,00, até que o pessoal da cardal me deu o número da Centrotec, gastei R$240,00 com garantia de 3 meses, ótimo atendimento e confiança no serviço.
Before I took my cardinal heater at Crisóstomo's, parts R $ 210.00 labor R $ 200.00, total R $ 410.00, I thought it was expensive, then I took it at the hydroshop and said they didn't manufacture the resistance anymore, they proposed the exchange for an electronic + or- R $ 900.00, until the cardal staff gave me the Centrotec number, I spent R $ 240.00 with a 3-month warranty, great service and trust in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alagado. Veio trocar o antigo aquecedor por um Cardal . Abriu um vazamento . Chegou às 11h da manhã, achei que o rapaz é lento , o instalador . Liguei para a Empresa e até agora não sei o que vai ser feito . O sr Miguel não conversa com a gente . O instalador ré difícil abrir a boca pra explicar a caca que fez . Acho que vou ter que chamar outro profissional e empresa pra ver como vai ficar minha duchinha higienica . Ele está só enxugando ... enxugandooo.. o piso do banheiro . Vai vazar pro apto de baixo !!!??! São 15.05 h e ainda ninguém decidiu nada !!!
flooded. He came to exchange the old heater for a Cardal. It opened a leak. He arrived at 11 am, I thought the boy is slow, the installer. I called the company and so far I don't know what will be done. Mr. Miguel does not talk to us. The installer is hard to open his mouth to explain the hunt he did. I think I'll have to call another professional and company to see how my hygienic shower will be. He's just mopping ... mopping ... the bathroom floor. Will leak to the bottom fit !!! ??! It is 15.05 h and still nobody has decided anything !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cardal me deu a indicação que eles teriam a peça da minha torneira elétrica ,liguei para eles e afirmaram que tinha. Mas ao chegar lá os mesmos me disseram que não tinha a peça por estar fora de linha. Vai entender.
The cardinal gave me the indication that they would have the part for my electric faucet, I called them and they said they had it. But when I got there they told me they didn't have the piece because it was out of line. Go figure.
