★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMPRESA PORCA! Não indico ao meu pior inimigo.
Liguei primeiramente e perguntei o prazo que daria o orçamento, me disseram no dia seguinte da recolha da máquina. Pois bem, demoraram uns 15 dias só pra me passar o orçamento. Relevei. O valor estava altissímo, mas como achei que minha máquina voltaria 100% aprovei, mais uns 20 dias (total quase um mês e meio) Tiraram o meu bulk, trocaram a tinta corante para Pigmentada (NINGUÉM AVISOU, muito menos pediram permissão) Minha máquina veio praticamente outra no quesito negativo (e ainda sem tinta e imprimindo com cores fora do padrão)
PÉSSIMO, gastei 3 mil reais e meu dinheiro foi pro espaço, fora a minhas tintas e afins, reclamei pra atendente, que me passou pro supervisor, e ele mandou um e-mail pronto? Se você está em duvida se fechar ou não com esta empresa, NÃO FAÇA NENHUM SERVIÇO. Pelos comentários da pra ver que é de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE.
 NUT COMPANY! I don't point to my worst enemy.
I called first and asked how long the budget would be given, I was told the day after the machine was picked up. Well, it took about 15 days just to give me the budget. I did. The value was very high, but as I thought my machine would come back 100%, I approved, another 20 days (total almost a month and a half) They removed my bulk, changed the dye to Pigmented (NO ONE WARNED, much less asked for permission) My machine came practically another one in the negative aspect (and still without ink and printing with non-standard colors)
I suck, I spent 3 thousand reais and my money went to space, apart from my paints and the like, I complained to the attendant, who passed it to the supervisor, and he sent a ready e-mail? If you are in doubt whether or not to close with this company, DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE. From the comments, you can see that it is of terrible quality.

O email foi para spam, não fizeram nenhum esforço em tentar nos contatar agora quando eu fui atrás, disseram que tem que pagar uma hospedagem ridícula mais cara que aluguel de casa. Detalhe quando levei disse que precisa dela rápido e disseram que ia demorar pois entrariam em recesso. No fim "roubaram" minha impressora. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I left my printer with them at the end of the year. The email went to spam, they made no effort to try to contact us now when I went after them, they said they have to pay ridiculous hosting more expensive than renting a house. Detail when I took it said I need it fast and they said it would take time because they would go into recess. In the end they "stole" my printer. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma multifuncional HP que fiquei muito tempo sem imprimir, que quando precisei, ela nao imprimia mais...as páginas saiam em branco.
Levei na Maqprinter, fiz o orçamento, e apesar de um pouco salgado, autorizei o conserto. O prazo era de 7 a 15 dias úteis, mas ela ficou quase 1 mês lá e avisaram que mesmo trocando a peça avariada, não ficou totalmente boa, que eu poderia esperar mais alguns dias para ver se conseguiriram finalizar o conserto, ou retirar ela sem conserto e sem custo.
Escolhi por retirar sem conserto, ja que frisaram que mesmo ficasse mais dias, poderia retornar sem conserto.
Mas ao ligar em casa, ela fica num loop infinito de inicialização.
Antes eu ainda conseguia utilizar o scanner dela, agora não serve para mais NADA.
I have an HP All-in-One that I didn't print for a long time, when I needed it, it wouldn't print anymore...the pages came out blank.
I took it to Maqprinter, did the budget, and although it was a little salty, I authorized the repair. The deadline was 7 to 15 working days, but she was there for almost 1 month and they warned that even after replacing the damaged part, it was not completely good, that I could wait a few more days to see if they were able to complete the repair, or remove it without repair and no cost.
I chose to remove without repair, as they stressed that even if I stayed for more days, I could return without repair.
But when I turn on at home, she is in an infinite boot loop.
Before I could still use her scanner, now it doesn't do anything anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente cobraram metade do valor da impressora para trocar o flat que reconhece o CIANO, uma peça de R$80 me cobraram 5x isso. Pelo valor salgado pensei que o serviço seria de primeira, arrancaram o adesivo da loja de manutenção do meu sogro (de outra cidade) e nem sequer se deram ao trabalho de retirar o restante (ficou um adesivo rasgado branco horrível na impressora) e ainda colaram o adesivo deles em outro canto da impressora. Outra coisa, não envie sua impressora com folhas de sulfite no armazenamento, elas simplesmente desaparecem!
Eu deveria ter lido os comentários do google antes de levar até lá, não cometa o mesmo erro que o meu.
First they charged half the price of the printer to change the flat that recognizes the CYANO, a piece of R$80 and they charged me 5x that. For the salty price, I thought the service would be first rate, they ripped the sticker from my father-in-law's maintenance shop (from another city) and didn't even bother to remove the rest (there was a horrible white torn sticker on the printer) and still stuck it on their sticker in another corner of the printer. Another thing, don't ship your printer with bond sheets in storage, they just disappear!
I should have read the google reviews before taking it there, don't make the same mistake as mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi orçamento para uma impressora HP M551, antiga, que estava com manchas nas laterais do papel e queriam me cobrar quase R$ 6.000,00!!! Quando desisti e fui retirar a impressora danificaram a esteira que por sorte percebi antes de levar. Recolocaram uma usada após analisarem o caso pois não estavam acreditando que a impressora tinha sido danificada na assistência técnica.
I asked for a quote for an old HP M551 printer, which had stains on the sides of the paper and they wanted to charge me almost R$6,000.00!!! When I gave up and went to remove the printer, they damaged the mat that luckily I noticed before taking it. They replaced a used one after analyzing the case because they were not believing that the printer had been damaged in technical assistance.
