★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas com o Ceo até a data do dia 24/12/2021 onde a profissional da manhã, além de super grossa, deixou meu dente aberto, fui justamente para a mesma fazer um curativo, pois meu dente estava doendo muito por conta de uma obturação antiga que caiu.. a mesma no lugar de colocar um curativo, abriu ainda mais o meu dente e deixou aberto, mandou eu voltar na segunda para fazer o curativo, disse que não iria doer. Hoje dia 25/12/2021 estou pior que ontem que não consigo comer. Fiz uma pergunta para mesma questionando o pq de não colocar o curativo, se iria doer, a mesma respondeu que a profissional era ela e o procedimento de deixar o dente aberto é o mesmo aqui no Brasil, na China, no Japão e no Estados Unidos. Super grossa e mal educada, como sou cidadã de bem e sei que não podemos desacatar servidor em sei exercício, apenas agradeci e me retirei da sala super constrangida, percebi que o seu auxiliar ficou constrangido também com a resposta da profissional. Ontem tive um atendimento péssimo.

Today 25/12/2021 I'm worse than yesterday that I can't eat. I asked her a question, asking why she didn't put the dressing on, if it would hurt, she replied that she was the professional and the procedure for leaving the tooth open is the same here in Brazil, China, Japan and the United States . Super rude and rude, as I'm a good citizen and I know we can't disrespect server in any given exercise, I just thanked him and left the room, super embarrassed, I realized that his assistant was also embarrassed by the professional's response. Yesterday I had a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento é horrível, cheguei às 6 da manhã me falaram que a médica atenderia as 7, quando a médica chegou no local passou 1 hora pra atender pq estava deitada sendo que eu estava num estado de dor horrível, descaso e falta de cuidado com os pacientes, a pessoa que atendeu extremamente arrogante, infelizmente atendimento zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Profissionais despreparados. Dentista aparentemente com anos de experiência não soube diagnosticar o meu caso. Estava com alveolite, ele disse que era disfunção temporo mandibular. Enfim, que o sus tenha profissionais mais preparados e que um dia possa ter governantes de verdade que saibam gerencia-lo e colocar profissionais que não ligam só pra salário.
Terrible. Unprepared professionals. Dentist apparently with years of experience did not know how to diagnose my case. I had alveolitis, he said it was temporomandibular disorder. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui esses dia a noite na emergência. Com muita dor. Dra atendeu fez um procedimento mas no final senti algo queimando no canto da minha boca. Reclamei ela colocou bastante água. Mas ainda sai com dor e pior quando cheguei em casa com 2 queimaduras no canto da boca e na minha bochecha. E ainda estou assim.
I went to the emergency these day and night. In pain. Dr answered did a procedure but in the end I felt something burning in the corner of my mouth. I complained she put a lot of water. But it still leaves in pain and worse when I got home with 2 burns in the corner of my mouth and on my cheek. And I'm still like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho fé que um dia o pobre será tratado com atenção e respeito. O político que tiver coragem de ser atendido neste lugar... Terá meu voto. Parece até que a população faz um favor para o servidores, principalmente médicos do plantão noturno.
I have faith that one day the poor will be treated with care and respect. The politician who has the courage to be assisted in this place... will have my vote. It even seems that the population is doing a favor for the servers, especially the night shift doctors.
