Minha mãe tava precisando de uma prótese detaria c urgência eles prometeram que entregaria com no máximo 20 dias. Fechamos em novembro de 2020. Era pra ser entregue dia 19/12/2020. És que já estamos quase em fevereiro de 2021 e toda vez que entro em contato eles me dão um prazo que não cumprem. Enquanto isso minha mãe esta com a antiga sendo prejudicada. Falta de respeito com o cliente. E sem falar que dificilmente atendem telefone. Só dei 1 estrela pq para avaliar não pode dá menos. Pior que o pagamento ainda foi a vista.
They don't meet the deadline.
My mother was in need of a prosthesis and she urgently promised that it would be delivered within 20 days. We closed in November 2020. It was to be delivered on 12/19/2020. You are almost in February 2021 and every time I contact them they give me a deadline that they do not meet. In the meantime my mother is with the old one being harmed. Lack of respect for the customer. Not to mention that they hardly answer the phone. I only gave 1 star because it can’t give less. Worse than the payment was still the sight.

Ficaro com raiva porque era a quinta vez que eu ia. eles não queriam me dar a limpeza que era meu direito pois a minha manutenção é de 70,00 a atendente tentou por várias vezes dizer que eu não tinha direito , eu desfazia o argumento dela , e ela já vinha com outra conversa pra tentar fazer com que eu não tinha direito.
Ela foi lá dentro falar com a dentista que por fim fez a limpeza , pois se elas não tivesse feito a limpeza eu iria Atraz dos meus direitos, foi que a dentista que me atendeu me olhou com cara de nojo e me encarou até a hora que eu sair da sala, nesse mês fiz a manutenção em outra filial foi quando a doutora perguntou se fazia tempo que eu não fazia manutenção eu dizia que todos os meses eu fazia certinho a doutora me falou que os meus dentes estavam tortos pois haviam apertado de mais. Decepção

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha mãe lá pra fazer uma avaliação e ela ficou mais de 1 hora aguardando o atendimento para o dentista depois falar que não ia atender ela, pois ele ia almoçar, minha mãe foi questionar e ele falou " vá para outra, tem muita por ai" de forma grossa, não recomendo. Distratou minha mãe de 65 anos, deixei ela lá, pois o funcionário da recepção era maravilhoso e confiei mais o dentista é péssimo. Nunca mais eu vou e detalhe minha mãe elogiava essa clinica pois a 5 anos atrás ela fez um tratamento. Distratou ela pq ela não estava bem vestida foi? Pois deixa eu lhe falar que minha mãe é aposentada federal, e não tem que ta andando dizendo quem ela é não. Nojo dessa clínica que fica na rua sao paulo no centro. Ela ia fazer diversos procedimentos e não vai nunca mais.
