★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi me entregue a vistoria do imóvel referindo que tinha um vazamento no banheiro faz 1 mês. Após contato com a imobiliária, informaram que um prestador de serviço tinha resolvido o problema. Aquando da minha chegada no imóvel, o vazamento se manteve . Tentei resolver com o Sr. Deivid via e-mail e telefone, não obtive resposta. Me desloquei pessoalmente à imobiliária para resolver a situação, no entanto não me conseguem dar prazos nem datas.
Entregaram o apartamento sem interfone, enviei um e-mail para resolução me informaram que iriam resolver. Caso não tivesse enviado o e-mail direto na construtora até hoje estaria aguardar o interfone.
Serviço de péssima qualidade, com um atendimento sarcástico por parte do Sr. Deivid. Caso possam, não optem por essa imobiliária.
The inspection of the property was given to me stating that there was a leak in the bathroom 1 month ago. After contacting the real estate company, they reported that a service provider had solved the problem. Upon my arrival at the property, the leak continued. I tried to settle with Mr. Deivid via email and phone, I got no response. I personally went to the real estate agency to resolve the situation, however they are unable to give me deadlines or dates.
They delivered the apartment without intercom, I sent an e-mail for resolution and they informed me that they would solve it. If you had not sent the direct email to the construction company until today, you would be waiting for the intercom.
Poor quality service, with a sarcastic service from Mr. Deivid. If they can, do not opt for this real estate.
