Infelizmente aluguei um apartamento que me foi alugado tendo zelador e descobri, da boca do próprio síndico, após já ter alugado, que só havia uma faxineira! Predio sujo com cheiro de mijo de cachorro! Um horror!
Meu marido manda mensagem para a pessoa responsável, Marcus, e ele nem retorna! Quanta consideração pelos clientes. Sem comentários!
Estou extremamente decepcionada com o péssimo atendimento e desrespeito que a empresa Tugão Imoveis tem pelos seus clientes.
Não recomendo! Fica a dica!

Unfortunately I rented an apartment that was rented to me with caretaker and found, from the mouth of the liquidator himself, after renting, that there was only one cleaning lady! Dirty building with the smell of dog piss! Horrible!
My husband sends a message to the person in charge, Marcus, and he doesn't even return! How much consideration for customers. No comments!
I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service and disrespect that the company Tugão Imoveis has for its customers.
I do not recommend! Here's the tip!
