★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na entrega de coleta para exames na data de hoje faltou boa vontade das atendentes em verificar no sistema a pendência existente. Informado para a paciente (67104) que não existia seu nome no sistema e pronto. Uma resposta sem explicação e interesse em resolver a questão.
O problema só foi resolvido quando uma funcionária confirmou que a mesma tinha realizado sim seus exames nesse laboratório, depois que a paciente retornou em sua casa para buscar e apresentar o comprovante de atendimento. Lamentável!
In the delivery of collection for exams on today's date, the attendants lacked the willingness to check the existing pending issue in the system. The patient was informed (67104) that her name did not exist in the system and that was it. An unexplained answer and interest in resolving the question.
The problem was only resolved when an employee confirmed that she had indeed performed her exams in that laboratory, after the patient returned to her home to pick up and present proof of care. Unfortunate!
