★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone. Tenho que me deslocar de casa, pegar ônibus, só pra perguntar o valor do exame ou algo do tipo!!! Inútil esse telefone aqui.
No one answer the phone. I have to go home, take the bus, just to ask for the exam fee or something !!! Useless that phone here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente lotado, pois é o melhor laboratório, não dou nota maxima devido ao tempo de espera, é muito lento o sistema e muto burocratico.
Generally crowded, as it is the best laboratory, I do not give maximum grade due to the waiting time, is very slow and very bureaucratic system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento até que os funcionárias são educados, porém hj cheguei pra fazer exames nas minhas filhas e o tempo de espera para realizar os exames ( coletar sangue ) foi de uma hora, pelo movimento que tem o laboratório, poderia ter mais funcinarios....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que venho fazer exames e tudo está do mesmo jeito. Com excessão ao rapaz que nos atende logo na entrada, as atendentes são frias, mal humoradas e numa preguiçaaaa tamanha. Parece que estamos ali fazendo um favor. E a demora no atendimento é absurda, ai vc que toma todo cuidado para manter o jejum dentro do prazo, quase perde ou perde de fato o exame. Não é possível que com uma nota dessas de avaliação os administradores não façam nada para melhorar o atendimento. É um descaso total!
A minha vontade é de despejar todo o material colhido, xixi e cocô e despejar na mesa das simpáticas atendentes!
This is not the first time I come for exams and everything is the same. Except for the guy who meets us right at the entrance, the attendants are cold, moody, and so lazy. Looks like we're doing a favor there. And the delay in care is absurd, then you take care to keep the fast on time, almost misses or actually loses the exam. It is not possible that with such an evaluation score, managers will do nothing to improve service. It is a total neglect!
My desire is to dump all the harvested material, pee and poop and dump on the table of the friendly attendants!

Fui por volta de 16:50 e o funcionário me disse q não poderia me atender pq fechava as 17h só queria uma informação sobre um exame e teria q agendar ou não mas ele disse q nem informações poderia dar e foi mau educado ainda!!! Infelizmente tem pessoas q trabalha no atendimento ao público e mesmo assim não tem educação!! Lamentável!!
I had the misfortune of going to this establishment!! I went around 4:50 pm and the employee told me he couldn't see me because it closed at 5 pm I just wanted information about an exam and I would have to schedule it or not but he said he couldn't even give information and was still rude!!! Unfortunately, there are people who work in public service and still have no education!! Unfortunate!!
