★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Tinha um exame agendado às 8:42 na clínica em Botafogo. Cheguei alguns minutos atrasada porque não consegui estacionamento e a médica se recusou a me atender. O pior é que quando a clínica atrasa o exame em quase 2 horas, pedem para que tenhamos paciência e espere, mas quando ocorre um imprevisto e é o paciente que atrasa, não querem atender. Estou em jejum desde às 22h e fiz o preparo. Ainda tentei um encaixe, mas já são 10:30 e não fui chamada. 12h em jejum. Desisti. Por isso existem tantas reclamações no Google. Fujam deste local!
 Horrible! I had an exam scheduled at 8:42 at the clinic in Botafogo. I arrived a few minutes late because I couldn't get parking and the doctor refused to see me. The worst thing is that when the clinic delays the exam by almost 2 hours, they ask us to be patient and wait, but when something unforeseen occurs and the patient is late, they don't want to attend. I have been fasting since 10 pm and I made the preparation. I still tried a snap, but it's already 10:30 and I haven't been called. 12h fasting. I gave up. That's why there are so many complaints on Google. Run away from this place!

Cheguei no local muito nervosa e ansiosa para a realização de um procedimento e com a competência e o atendimento humanizado do Doutor Felipe e da enfermeira Lidiane, o exame foi feito de forma tranquila e sem dor. Minha recuperação está sendo excelente, e por esses motivos super indico essa Unidade. Parabéns para essa Equipe de profissionais.
The receptionists at the clinic are a 10, attentive and super friendly. I arrived at the place very nervous and anxious to perform a procedure and with the competence and humanized care of Doctor Felipe and Nurse Lidiane, the exam was done in a calm and painless way. My recovery is being excellent, and for these reasons I highly recommend this Unit. Congratulations to this team of professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Os técnicos são muito bons, mas a recepção é muito mal preparada para atender os pacientes.
Cheguei atrasada por conta de um caos no trânsito na Zona Sul causado pelo fechamento da Pinheiro Machado e, segundo a recepção, a médica te usou fazer os exames.
Cheguei em casa para remarcar por telefone - o site e o app são impossíveis de acessar - e só consegui marcar para daqui há 15 dias!
Perdi tempo, dinheiro e ainda terei um atraso para levar os exames para a minha médica. Ao menos posso esperar, mas e se fosse um caso de urgência?
Descaso total!
Estou procurando outra clínica para realizar meus próximos exames.
Terrible attendance! The technicians are very good, but the reception is very poorly prepared to attend to patients.
I arrived late because of traffic chaos in the South Zone caused by the closing of Pinheiro Machado and, according to reception, the doctor used you to do the exams.
I got home to reschedule by phone - the website and app are impossible to access - and I only managed to book for 15 days!
I lost time, money and I will still have a delay to take the exams to my doctor. At least I can wait, but what if it was an emergency?
Total neglect!
I'm looking for another clinic to perform my next exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Realizei uma ressonância dia 07/02. Solicitei e paguei pela entrega e após um mês sem receber o exame, fui informada que não tinha solicitação para entrega. Fui na unidade Botafogo para retirar o exame e informaram que teria que aguardar pois as imagens somente são impressas na hora da retirada. Várias pessoas reclamando o atendimento no local. Solicitei reembolso do valor pago e fui informada que somente após analise. Cheguei na unidade as 11:18 e só saí às 12: 46. CEPEM BOTAFOGO NUNCA MAIS.
Terrible attendance. I had an MRI on 07/02. I requested and paid for delivery and after a month without receiving the exam, I was informed that I had no request for delivery. I went to the Botafogo unit to take the exam and they informed me that I would have to wait because the images are only printed at the time of withdrawal. Several people complaining about the service on site. I requested a refund of the amount paid and was informed that only after review. I arrived at the unit at 11:18 and only left at 12:46. CEPEM BOTAFOGO NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/04/22. Tinha exame agendado para 8h no Cepem Botafogo. Ultrassom. Cheguei à sala de espera do exame às 7h30 (pedem antecedência de meia hora). Bebi 6 copos de água. Fui a primeira a chegar. Às 8h47, oito pessoas que chegaram e beberam água depois de mim já tinham sido chamadas. Qdo reclamei, ouvi da atendente que a médica para a qual eu estava agendada não viria naquele dia (então pq agendaram atendimento com ela?). Soube ainda que a atendente tinha acabado de me remanejar para outra médica. Demorou a perceber o erro. Às 8h47! Total desrespeito. Absurdo!
Day 04/23/22. I had an exam scheduled for 8 am at Cepem Botafogo. ultrasound. I arrived at the exam waiting room at 7:30 am (they ask for half an hour in advance). I drank 6 glasses of water. I was the first to arrive. By 8:47 am, eight people who arrived and drank water after me had already been called. When I complained, I heard from the attendant that the doctor I was scheduled for would not come that day (so why did they schedule an appointment with her?). I also learned that the attendant had just reassigned me to another doctor. It took a while to realize the error. At 8:47 am! Total disrespect. Absurd!

Cheguei na unidade conforme solicitado, fui prontamente e bem atendida para o exame de Mamografia mas para a Ultrassonografia de mamas o profissional estava atrasado o que me obrigaria a esperar mais de 90 minutos para realizar o exame. Depois de ficar mais de uma hora na sala de espera, tive que remarcar! Um absurdo esse descaso para com o cliente, ainda mais hoje em dia, onde não se deve ficar num mesmo ambiente com outras pessoas, mesmo de máscaras.
CEPEM never again! I arrived at the unit as requested, I was promptly and well attended for the Mammography exam, but for the Breast Ultrasonography, the professional was late, which would force me to wait more than 90 minutes to perform the exam. After spending more than an hour in the waiting room, I had to reschedule! This disregard for the customer is absurd, even more nowadays, where one should not stay in the same environment with other people, even in masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui marcada para um exame de imagem 8h40 e cheguei 8h48 (fiquei presa por uma reunião às 8h). 8 min de atraso e eles falaram que não poderiam mais me atender mas que iam tentar um encaixe.
Que encaixe? É o tempo do paciente antes de mim sair e entrar na sala. Não mudava nada no cronograma.
Fui ser atendida só depois das 10h e com má vontade, parecia que estavam fazendo um favor pra mim.
A médica foi a única decente e foi super atenciosa.
Não recomendo essa clínica para ninguém! Não há compromisso com o paciente.
I was scheduled for an imaging exam at 8:40 am and arrived at 8:48 am (I was held up for a meeting at 8 am). 8 min late and they said they couldn't answer me anymore but they would try to fit in.
What fit? It's the patient's time before I leave and enter the room. Nothing changed on the schedule.
I went to be seen only after 10 am and with a bad will, it looked like they were doing me a favor.
The doctor was the only decent one and was super attentive.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! There is no commitment to the patient.

Hoje tinha 4 exames agendados para 13h. Cheguei 13h04 e a recepcionista, de forma nada simpática, chamou minha atenção porque cheguei atrasada e disse que a médica não iria mais me atender porque eu deveria estar às 13h na sala pra começar o exame. Mas pediu pra esperar um pouco que ia ver se a médica poderia fazer a “gentileza” de ainda me atender (oi?? Por causa de 4min de atraso a médica cancelou os 4 exames, se fosse o caso de não atrasar o outro paciente, que me desse a opção de cancelar um dos exames). Depois de alguns minutos, uma outra atendente (mais robotizada e nada simpática, com aquele ar que estava me fazendo um grande favor) disse que tinha conseguido um encaixe e que a médica iria me atender 13h30 e que uma outra ia fazer um dos exames que faltaria, logo na sequência. Aceitei e fiz minha ficha. Acontece que, deu 14h05 e nada de me chamarem, resolvi cancelar os exames e ir embora, até que a auxiliar da médica (a única colaboradora bem educada e profissional desse dito lugar) apareceu dizendo que eu já seria atendida, relatei o ocorrido que acabou por me confessar que a médica, que já faria meus exames anteriormente agendados, estava atendendo com atraso desde a parte da manhã. Voltei a recepção para pegar meus pedidos médicos e, novamente, fui tratada com descaso. Enquanto estava na porta da clinica, conversei com mais duas pacientes que também estavam saindo sem fazer os exames pelos mesmos motivos de falta de profissionalismo e antipatia dos colaboradores da CEPEM.

Today I had 4 exams scheduled for 1 pm. I arrived at 1:04 pm and the receptionist, in an unfriendly way, called my attention because I was late and said that the doctor would no longer see me because I should be in the room at 1 pm to start the exam. But he asked to wait a little while he would see if the doctor could be “kind” of still seeing me (hello? Because of a 4-minute delay, the doctor canceled the 4 exams, if it was the case of not delaying the other patient, to give me the option to cancel one of the exams). After a few minutes, another attendant (more robotic and not at all friendly, with that air that was doing me a big favor) said that she had gotten an appointment and that the doctor would see me at 1:30 pm and that another was going to do one of the tests that would be missing right away. I accepted and signed up. Turns out, it was 2:05 pm and they didn't call me, I decided to cancel the exams and leave, until the doctor's assistant (the only well-educated and professional employee in that place) appeared saying that I would be seen, I reported what happened that ended for confessing to me that the doctor, who would already do my previously scheduled exams, had been late since the morning. I went back to reception to take my medical orders and again I was treated with disrespect. While I was at the door of the clinic, I talked to two more patients who were also leaving without taking the exams for the same reasons of lack of professionalism and antipathy of CEPEM employees.
