★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuo plano de saúde empresarial onde minha filha que está gestante é dependente, e foi fazer a ultra na unidade da Barra, com a dra Valéria Carvalho.
A mesma foi extremamente rude, tratando-a com grosseira, pois a mesma não levou o exame anterior.
O exame foi marcado hoje para ser levado amanhã, na consulta de pré natal, e a médica com sua EXTREMA MÁ VONTADE e falta de educação gerou imagens horríveis, que não estao compreensíveis não tendo uma única imagem que consiga distinguir que se é um bebê.
Minha filha voltou para casa FRUSTRADA pois não conseguiu gerar direito pelo monitor, que fica todo virado pra médica e nem nos resultados pois a mesma só registrou fotos de fêmur, humero e cabeça.
Saiu de realengo para Barra, num uber caro, para ir numa clinica de alto padrão e voltou chorando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exames de ressonância magnética são impressos na hora da busca. Mandam o paciente aguardar por 30 minutos, isso quando a radiologista está presente para assinar. Uma clínica que economiza em papel, com certeza não deve priorizar a manutenção dos equipamentos! Melhor fazer o exame em outro lugar!

O atendimento humanizado por funcionários gentis e atenciosos. A excelência em atendimento da Dra Vânia, com vasta experiência realiza exames com muita descontração entre médico e paciente. Clínica com vários ambulatórios , realiza vários tipos de exames, aceita planos de saúde.
This unit, located in Barra da Tijuca, on the second floor of Shopping Barra Garden, on Avenida das Américas (towards the south side), with ample parking and easy access. Humanized service by kind and attentive staff. Dr Vânia's excellence in service, with vast experience, performs exams with great care between doctor and patient. Clinic with several clinics, performs various types of exams, accepts health plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos elogios e uma crítica. Primeiramente, registro meu muito obrigada aos funcionários da unidade Barra. Desde a recepção até o momento de receber o exame, todos que me atenderam foram extremamente gentis e eficientes. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e meu atendimento não demorou tanto quanto alguns relatam.
A minha reclamação é sobre agendamento online. Não faz sentido pedir validade da carteira do médico como info obrigatória. A usabilidade é muito ruim, as opções de exames (nomenclatura) podem confundir e acabei agendando o exame errado, pois só havia uma opção com o termo que constava no meu pedido. Optei pelo site porque fiquei 30 min aguardando no telefone. A minha sorte é que as pessoas no CEPEM são excelentes e a recepcionista logo se ofereceu para ver se era possível me encaixar no exame correto e deu tudo certo! Tenho certeza de eu não teria recebido o mesmo atendimento cuidadoso em outros laboratórios. Recomendo e será a minha primeira opção daqui para frente.
Lots of praise and one criticism. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the Barra unit. From the reception until the moment of receiving the exam, everyone who attended to me was extremely kind and efficient. Everything was very clean, organized and my service didn't take as long as some report.
My complaint is about online scheduling. It makes no sense to ask for the validity of the doctor's card as mandatory information. The usability is very bad, the exam options (nomenclature) can confuse and I ended up scheduling the wrong exam, as there was only one option with the term that appeared in my order. I chose the site because I was waiting 30 minutes on the phone. Lucky for me, the people at CEPEM are excellent and the receptionist immediately offered to see if I could fit in the correct exam and it all worked out! I'm sure I wouldn't have received the same careful care at other labs. I recommend it and will be my first choice going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente confuso. Funcionários não são atenciosos. Ficam conversando entre eles. A espera é longa. Vários pacientes reclamando.Quando vc faz uma pergunta, não são gentis em responder. Vou pensar muito em marcar um futuro retorno. 1° e, talvez, a última vez.
Confusing environment. Employees are not attentive. They are talking among themselves. The wait is long. Several patients complaining. When you ask a question, they are not kind to answer. I will think a lot about booking a future return. 1st and perhaps the last time.

Estive na Cepem Barra, atendimento impecável da marcação até a realização dos exames. Estão de parabéns!!!
Poderia dar 5 estrelas, mas não dei devido uma questão administrativa (acredito eu), meu plano SulAmérica não aceita na unidade da Taquara tão pertinho da minha casa e foi necessário ir a Barra para realizar os exames.
Cepem, pfvr reveja isso.
É muito importante que todas as unidades aceitem os mesmo planos.

I could give it 5 stars, but I didn't due to an administrative issue (I believe), my SulAmérica plan is not accepted at the Taquara unit so close to my house and it was necessary to go to Barra to perform the exams.
Cepem, please review this.
It is very important that all units accept the same plans.

Falta respeito ao paciente ,minha mãe idosa de 80. Anos,aguardou 3,horas e meia em jejum.
Não há fila de prioridade , os funcionários andam dela pra cá , justamente por marcarem as consultas no horário do almoço deles. Entre 11hs e13hs). E pasmem quando fui apanhar o exame ,um dia após a data de entrega ,e tive que aguardar a menina ( que foi almoçar) voltar.
Já deu !!! Cepem nunca mais.
