A experiência foi a pior possível, além do gerente da loja demonstrar falta de conhecimento do produto o pós venda foi pior ainda. Entrei em contato de várias formas com a fabricante, porém o descaso foi o mesmo. Então para que outro consumidor não passe pelo que passei quero deixar registrado a minha insatisfação com.o produto que não tem a qualidade oferecida. E não adianta reclamar eles não vão resolver seu problema.
I bought 140mts of the Arboreous floor trip from the ceramic delta. This purchase was made at Sodimac. The experience was the worst possible, in addition to the store manager demonstrating a lack of knowledge of the product, the after-sales was even worse. I contacted the manufacturer in various ways, but the neglect was the same. So, so that another consumer doesn't go through what I went through, I want to register my dissatisfaction with the product that does not have the quality offered.
