â â â â â conto que com essa empresa eles nĂŁo tem nenhum compromisso com o cliente pois fiquei aguardando a resposta sobre minha compra que vieram com defeitos imensos nos porcelanatos nĂŁo tive nenhuma resposta somente da loja que revende assim mesmo contando que o produto nĂŁo tem garantia produto extra comercial
 I tell you that with this company they have no commitment to the customer because I was waiting for the answer about my purchase that came with immense defects in the porcelain tiles I didn't have any answer only from the store that resells it, even though the product is not guaranteed extra commercial product

Enfim, o porcelanato polido vem com uma gordura que nĂŁo sai e fica embasado, enviei e-mail para assistĂȘncia da Delta hĂĄ 10 dias Ă© nenhuma resposta. No site fala para passar detergente com a parte abrasiva da esponja, absurdo, nem tentei pq isso risca o material e qualquer pessoa sabe, caso aconteça, a empresa com certeza dirĂĄ que eu danifiquei o produto e nĂŁo irĂĄ se responsabilizar. Descaso total com o consumidor
I did a renovation and the whole house is delta porcelain. Anyway, the polished porcelain comes with a grease that doesn't come out and is grounded, I sent an email to Delta assistance 10 days ago and there's no response. On the website it says to apply detergent with the abrasive part of the sponge, absurd, I didn't even try because it scratches the material and anyone knows, if it happens, the company will definitely say that I damaged the product and won't be responsible. Total disregard for the consumer
