★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fui fazer uma tomografia e a pessoa que me atendeu parecia não saber mexer direito na máquina, fez a tomografia na área errada e teve de refazer umas três vezes, sendo que é um perigo ficar tomando radiação assim de bobeira. O lugar parece despreparado, enfim, se puder fazer seus exames em outro lugar, faça em outro lugar.
Terribly, I went to do a CT scan and the person who answered me didn't seem to know how to move the machine properly, did the CT scan in the wrong area and had to redo it three times, being a danger to be taking radiation like that. The place seems unprepared, anyway, if you can do your exams elsewhere, do it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepcao é ótimo! Local bem decorado, muito fofo! Comparado a outros locais o valor dos exames é mais acessível. Só as radiologistas que fui atendida eram antipáticas e nada profissionais, não sabem como tratar o paciente.
Reception service is great! Well decorated place, very cute! Compared to other locations the value of exams is more affordable. Only the radiologists I was treated were unfriendly and unprofessional, they don't know how to treat the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiologia odontológica no centro de Guarulhos. Fica à esquerda de uma farmácia de manipulação, acesso subindo 2 lances de escada. Não tem elevador.
Atendimento na recepção super tranquilo. Dê preferência ao horário da manhã, que é relativamente vazio. Não necessita agendamento, é por ordem de chegada. Aceita convênios dentais, porém as guias devem ser autorizadas com senha pelo convênio. Atenção ao pagamento de franquia, se for o caso do seu plano.
Possui área kids, sanitários e bebedouros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas excelentes e educadas, mas a radiologista que me atendeu super grossa e sem paciência, uma radiologista baixa de óculos quase quebra o meu maxilar tentando acertar no aparelho para fazer uma panorâmica, pedia para arrumar a posição dos dentes no aparelho e não conseguia deixar da maneira que ela queria, a mesma apertou minha cabeça e entortava o meu maxilar com força. A mesma desistiu de fazer o raio em mim, depois veio uma menina que estava no início atendendo na recepção, veio e fez o meu raio x tranquila. Ao sair agradeci ela, porque a outra foi totalmente rude, não sei porque está lá trabalhando com pessoas se não tem paciência e não gosta do que faz. Irei procurar os meus direitos com certeza.
Excellent and polite receptionists, but the radiologist who attended me was super rude and impatient, a short radiologist with glasses almost broke my jaw trying to hit the braces to make a panoramic, asked to fix the position of the teeth in the braces and I couldn't help but the way she wanted, she squeezed my head and twisted my jaw hard. She gave up doing the ray on me, then came a girl who was at the beginning attending the reception, came and did my x-ray calmly. When I left I thanked her, because the other one was totally rude, I don't know why she's there working with people if she doesn't have the patience and doesn't like what she does. I will look for my rights for sure.
