★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de ser abordada por um vendedor desta loja de forma desrespeitosa machista e completamente sem noção. Este senhor acha que fazer piadinha grosseira é uma forma interessante de acessar mulheres passando na rua. Espero realmente que este não seja o padrão de atendimento desta loja.
 I had the displeasure of being approached by a seller of this store in a disrespectful sexist manner and completely clueless. This gentleman thinks that making rude jokes is an interesting way to access women passing by on the street. I really hope that this is not the standard of service of this store.

Fiz uma compra não entregou na data prevista ainda tampo da mesa veio quebrado estou aguardando retorno da loja até hoje ninguém entrou em contato comigo péssimo atendimento
Very beautiful furniture store but I do not recommend anyone to buy
I made a purchase did not deliver on the scheduled date yet the table top came broken I'm waiting for the store's return to date nobody has contacted me lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá retrátil, Uma verdadeira raiva, não entregaram no prazo, o sofá chegou com uma parte rasgada. Tentei contato de todas as formas para ser sanado o problema, sempre a mesma resposta! O técnico vai na sua casa e nada já se passaram meses o gerente escuta e não faz nada o vendedor tbm pouco.
I bought a retractable sofa, A real rage, they didn't deliver on time, the sofa arrived with a torn part. I tried to contact in all ways to be solved the problem, always the same answer! The technician goes to your house and nothing has passed months, the manager listens and the seller does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tive a infelicidade de fazer a compra de um sofá nessa loja que por sinal veio com defeito já faz 1 ano e 3 meses que entro em contato com a loja e o Sac para saber referente a troca e até agora nada. Me passam datas aleatórias da troca e não cumprem. Me informaram que estão com problema com a fábrica e por isso se acham no direito de lesar o cliente. se soubesse tinha visto as avaliações antes de comprar me parece que não sou a única que está tendo problema com eles.
Não comprem nessa loja prazo de entrega, comunicação, atendimento e qualidade pelo menos do sofá são péssimas.
I was unfortunate enough to buy a sofa at this store, which by the way was defective for 1 year and 3 months now, I contact the store and Sac to find out about the exchange and so far nothing. They give me random dates of the exchange and do not comply. They informed me that they have a problem with the factory and that is why they are entitled to harm the customer. if i knew i had seen the reviews before buying it seems to me that i am not the only one who is having a problem with them.
Do not buy delivery, communication, service and quality at least from the sofa at this store are terrible.

Comprei um guarda roupa nesta loja já faz 1 mês e 10 dias e até agora não entregaram, quando fui fazer a compra a vendedora não me informou que o o guarda roupa seria encomendado, e falou que o prazo máximo pra entregar era 1 mês mas que provavelmente com 15 dias o guarda roupa já teria chegado, passou 1 mês e fui ligar na loja e eles me disseram que o guarda roupa não chegou de fábrica, eu perguntei como assim? Não chegou de fábrica? Ele me disse que o guarda roupa foi feito por encomenda e que eles não sabiam quando ia chegar.
Lendo os comentários aqui percebi que não fui a unica que foi enganada com esta loja, quando eles entregarem o guarda roupa eu volto aqui para deixar ou meu parecer.

I bought a wardrobe in this store 1 month and 10 days ago and so far they haven't delivered it, when I went to make the purchase the seller didn't inform me that the wardrobe would be ordered, and said that the maximum deadline for delivery was 1 month but that probably after 15 days the wardrobe would have arrived, 1 month passed and I called the store and they told me that the wardrobe didn't come from the factory, I asked how? Didn't arrive from the factory? He told me that the wardrobe was made to order and that they didn't know when it would arrive.
Reading the comments here I realized that I was not the only one who was deceived with this store, when they deliver the wardrobe I will come back here to leave or my opinion.

Tivemos a infelicidade de comprar 06 cadeiras em outubro de 2020 para presentear meus pais, seria presente de natal.
Ficou acordado que a entrega seria em 03/11 pois só tem entrega as terças feiras.
Chegou no dia e nada da entrega, entrava em contato c a loja e sem nenhuma devolutiva.
As cadeiras foram entregues em dezembro, todas com defeito, estofado horrível com impressão que já tinha sido usado, a parte de madeira toda riscada.
Entramos em contato com a loja e nos passaram que seria realizado a troca em janeiro. Chegou janeiro e nada de troca, entramos em contato novamente e a troca seria em fevereiro...
Agora ngm nos responde mais, o SAC fala que o telefone está desligado, a loja está fechada em razão da Pandemia.
Paguei as cadeiras a vista e não tenho respaldo nenhum.
Já abri um protocolo de reclamação no procon e vou entrar com medidas judiciais para ter.meu dinheiro de volta!
Não comprem nessa loja. Pura enganação.

We were unfortunate enough to buy 06 chairs in October 2020 as a gift for my parents, it would be a Christmas present.
It was agreed that the delivery would be on 11/03 as delivery is only on Tuesdays.
He arrived on the day and no delivery, he contacted the store and without any feedback.
The chairs were delivered in December, all defective, horrible upholstery with an impression that had already been used, the wooden part all scratched.
We contacted the store and told us that the exchange would take place in January. January came and no exchange, we contacted you again and the exchange would be in February ...
Now ngm answers us more, SAC says that the phone is off, the store is closed due to the Pandemic.
I paid the chairs in cash and I have no backing.
I have already opened a complaint protocol in the procon and I am going to take legal action to get my money back!
Don't buy from that store. Pure deception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa na que já comprei moveis, se puderem nunca mais comprem ai, não sabem separar 4 cadeiras, e ainda queriam que ficasse com elas para depois trocar, fora que também fechamos os moveis planejados com eles, e não tem alinhamento nenhum alguns painéis da sala e cozinha, e ainda o pessoal que tira as medidas tira errado, comprei na loja de Suzano e ainda o gerente quis gritar com a minha esposa pelo telefone
Worst company I've ever bought furniture from, if you can never buy there again, they don't know how to separate 4 chairs, and they still wanted me to keep them and then exchange them, apart from that we also closed the furniture planned with them, and there's no alignment some panels living room and kitchen, and even the people who take the measurements take it wrong, I bought it at Suzano's store and the manager wanted to yell at my wife over the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Falam que só vendem móveis de MDF na venda, quando chega na sua casa chega MDP (compensado) de péssima qualidade. Tentamos pedir a devolução do valor, além de grosseiros no atendimento, simplesmente falaram que não devolvem o valor. Não caiam na mesma furada.
Awful!!! They say that they only sell MDF furniture on sale, when it arrives at your house, it arrives MDP (plywood) of poor quality. We tried to ask for a refund, in addition to being rude in service, they simply said they would not refund the amount. Don't fall into the same hole.
