Não respondem emails, e os certificados foram emitidos com erro, não conseguimos resolver nada com eles, falta de compromisso e responsabilidade. Indicação zero. Dei uma estrela para poder dar minha opinião, mas não vale um tustão furado. Dinheiro jogado fora!
Terrible, bad service!
They don't respond to emails, and the certificates were issued in error, we couldn't solve anything with them, lack of commitment and responsibility. Zero indication. I gave one star to give my opinion, but it's not worth a dime. Money thrown away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha pós em 2013 e nesse ano perdi 3 chamadas em processos seletivos, por conta das informações divergentes entre o certificado e o e-mec. Estou completamente arrasada e o Cesap lavou as mãos. Não indico para ninguém!
I did my postgraduate degree in 2013 and that year I lost 3 calls in selective processes, due to the divergent information between the certificate and the e-mec. I am completely devastated and Cesap has washed his hands. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Pessoal tomem cuidado, fiz uma pós graduação nesta instituição que hoje é a (Faculdade de Vitória) há 8 anos, mas emitiram o certificado pela Instituição Superior de Afonso Claudio que já não existe mais e além disso está com egresso 0 no Mec, ou seja, não tem validade. Muitas pessoas inclusive perderam seus contratos nos processos seletivos da Sedu (Estado do Espírito Santo).
TERRIBLE... Guys, be careful, I did a postgraduate degree in this institution that today is (Faculty of Vitória) 8 years ago, but they issued the certificate by the Higher Institution of Afonso Claudio that no longer exists and besides that it has egress 0 in Mec, that is, it has no validity. Many people even lost their contracts in the selective processes of Sedu (State of Espírito Santo).
