Na contratação me informaram algumas coisas que não existia no local, eu aceitei sob aviso de que essas coisas iriam existir depois. Estou a 7 meses e essas coisas ainda não existem/são falhas, algumas coisas do ap nunca foram trocadas como foi informado no ato da contratação, se quer interfone possuímos. Pedi revisão do contrato que me é enrolado. Não pretendo usar mais do serviço da imobiliária e conto os dias para finalização do meu contrato. A pior experiência de moradia e de serviço de imobiliária eu vivi aqui.
Perfect service for hiring. Service after that, terrible. When hiring, I was informed about some things that did not exist at the site, I accepted under notice that these things would exist later. I am 7 months old and these things still don't exist / are flaws, some things from the AP were never changed as was informed at the time of hiring, if you want to have an intercom. I asked for a revision of the contract that is wrapped around me. I don't intend to use the real estate service anymore and count the days to finalize my contract. The worst experience of housing and real estate service I have lived here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulem fora. Eles tem um péssimo atendimento! Simplesmente deixam vc plantada no whatsapp, não tem a opção de marcar visita pelo site, tem que esperar a boa vontade das atendentes em lhe responder uma simples pergunta. Falta de respeito absurda com os clientes.
Get out. They have terrible customer service! They simply leave you planted on whatsapp, you don't have the option to schedule a visit through the website, you have to wait for the goodwill of the attendants to answer a simple question. Absurd lack of respect for customers.
